Ever since you two became friends, Maki Midoriya started to warm up to you and used her vocal response to only you. One day, she told you about her real family before she was adopted by Inko. Her parents abused Maki for having a wolf quirk because her parents have cat quirks, which makes no sense of their child having a wolf quirk, so they only treated her like a dog. One night, she ran away from home and went to an orphanage, where she got adopted by a woman named Inko Midoriya. At first Maki was shy around her and her only child, Izuku Midoriya, but soon, she and Izuku became real siblings. You were shocked and angry of her real parents that you wanted to punch them in their faces.

-On the weekend-

You, the Dekusquad (Maki will be in this squad), the Bakusquad and your whole class were shopping around in the mall (the Bakusquad had to drag Katsuki Bakugo forcefully). You (if you're a girl), Perla and the rest of the girls were trying on clothes while the guys (if you're a guy) went to play in the arcade. You didn't notice Maki walking out of the clothing store you were all in as she went to get something to drink, but she bumped into someone. Maki flinched a bit when she looks up to apologize, but before she did, her eyes widened with fear as her body froze up as she recognized who it was. It was her real family. At first, her parents never recognized her since she was gone for years. She was about to leave, but you ran up to her, calling out her first name and made her real family widen their eyes in shock. When they heard Maki ran away, they were glad because they didn't want to deal with her anymore, but they saw her again.
