"You're never going to let go, aren't you?"

Reverse Halilintar looked at his once comrade, his blood red eyes analysing every detail of the said person. Gempa looked pale, and he was bleeding from multiple shallow cuts. His posture was tired, but there was a glint of fiery determination in his eyes that made Hali shiver.

"Not until you're human again," Gempa whispered before attacking him.

"You always did thought there was always good in people," Hali said softly, swiftly evading every single one of the earth elemental's attacks. "That we can all be redeemed despite our mistakes."

"But news flash, Gempa," he said, all while stabbing Gempa in the heart, revelling in his shocked and pained look. "Not everyone can be redeemed."

Lol I'm just finding excuses not to review. My head is aching from all of the types of literary pieces I'm reviewing. They all piled them in a single semester wtf.
