Solar rolled his eyes. "You're just weak, Hali. Can't even fight without someone saving you."

Hali bristled with anger. "Like you're any better. You practically sent our wielder to the brink of death."

"At least I managed to defeat Vargoba," Solar retorted.

Hali's eyes flashed with anger and Solar smirked.

"Aww... ickle Hawi ish angwy. Ooh, I bwetter run befowe he kiws me," Solar taunted.

Hali was about to attack him when Gempa's voice rang in their ears. The lightning elemental just glared furiously at Solar.

"One day, Solar. You will meet your end." Hali growled as he stomped away.

Solar let his mask fall when Hali was a good distance away from him. To be honest, he was jealous of Hali. He can rush headfirst into battle and defeat the enemy easily. He can also trust someone to have his back when he goes too far. Something that Solar didn't have.

So he mocked him. He mocked Hali to forget that he's nothing. He mocked Hali on his weakness because he didn't have his strength.

"HALILINTAR!" Solar screamed, stomping into the lightning elemental's room. "HOW DARE YOU BREAK INTO MY ROOM AND MESS EVERYTHING UP?!"

Hali's eyes flashed with anger. "I didn't do anything, Solar. I was just up here in my room."

"But who else have the power to short-circuit my computer?" Solar fumed.

"As I said, I did not do anything. I was here in my room the whole time. So stop accusing me," Hali hissed.

Solar grabbed Hali by his shirt. "If it wasn't you, then who did?! Just admit it, Hali. You fucking did it just to spite me."

"I did not fucking do anything, Solar. And I HATE being accused of doing something I did not," Hali hissed furiously.

Solar searched his eyes and found genuine honesty. He let go of Hali and sighed. "I'm sorry. It's just... I have some important files in that computer and I hate to lose them."

"That doesn't give you enough reason to accuse me," Hali said furiously. "Get the fuck out of my room."

"Hali, I-"

"I SAID GET THE FUCK OUT!" Hali shouted as he pushed Solar out of the room and slammed it in his face.

"Hali, I'm sorry. I really am," Solar whispered and ran away with a heavy heart.

Hali is dead.

Gempa’s voice rang in his head as he drove furiously away from the house.

He shouldn’t have said that. If he didn't, Hali wouldn't have ran away and gotten himself killed.

Solar took a sharp turn to the left and accelerated to the car's maximum speed.

His latest argument with Hali played in his head. He was insecure, and he lashed out at the lightning elemental. He had not realized what he did wrong until Hali had ran away.

And it was too late to apologize.

A loud train whistle jolted him out of his thoughts and realized that he was nearing the railroad. A train was comung closer, and with the speed he's going, he won't be able to brake in time.

So he resigned himself to his fate and welcomed the train with open arms.

He deserved it.

Solar was kind of used to being alone.

There was simply not enough people who can keep up with him. He was intelligent, that much is true. But what people didn't like was his arrogant attitude.

Somehow, he made a friendship with a person in his year. His name was Halilintar. They were so much alike that they instantly clicked together.

However, all good things must come to an end. Solar's arrogance got the best of him and it drove his only friend away.

He was back to being friendless.

All he wanted was for his friend to come back.

And now he can see why everyone doesn't like him.
