Blaze woke up from his slumber feeling hot and tired. His half lidded eyes fluttering. But each blink made his head ache. Usually when he wakes up, he feels very energetic and hyper. Or has the mood to prank their neighbors early in the morning or play fireballs with the chickens. (A/N: Blaze and Chickens UwU)

This time, he felt somewhat.. Dizzy. His body felt so heavy that he couldn't get up. He couldn't breathe, it's like he is being squished by some force. His breathing becomes heavier than usual. Then, it clicked. 'Ah, I must be sick.' The fiery elemental thought as he groaned internally. Not wanting to miss a perfect day to prank Thunderstorm with the balloons-floating-out-of-nowhere prank that he had planned with the other two brothers, Blaze got up and wobbly made his way to the door and went outside and head his way to the stairs to meet up with his family for breakfast. But as soon as he made one step on the stairs, his vision went black.

Blaze groggily opened his eyes as he let out a groan, his heavy breathing returning. "Blaze, you're awake!" He turned to his side and saw his flying robot friend, Ochobot (A/N: Not gonna lie, I really miss Ochobot's little wheels and how his eyes would pop out from his head. XD) who is holding a wet towel as he lightly placed it on the said elemental's forehead, and Quake who is sitting on the edge of his bed. Blaze shifted a bit, trying to get comfortable with his position. He winced when he felt a sharp pain on both of his left arm and right leg. "W-Wha.. H-Happe..." Was all he could say due to his throat hurting.

"You fell down the stairs and landed on your side," Quake explained, "Are you okay, though? Can you move?" He asked, his tone of voice filled with concern.
Blaze looked at them with lidded eyes, struggling to stay awake. "A-A bi..." He trailed off before his vision went black again.

Blaze woke up as he clenched his hands when he felt his head ache. He whimpered from the pain until he felt someone drew circles on his back with their finger to soothe him. He weakly lifted his head up only to see Ice who is sleeping peacefully. He also noticed their positions making his cheeks flush even redder.

The both of them were cuddling each other, you dirty peeps.

"I-Ice, w-wha.. Are you..."

"Shh, don't talk, just go to sleep." Ice lazily said as he gently tightens his hold around Blaze's waist, while his other hand on his back drawing different shapes and lines to soothe him. "Y-You mi... Ge.. S-Sick..." His voice cracked.

"Nah, I have strong Immune System ."

"B-But—"

"You have a high fever, Blaze. Rest." Ice told him. "Do you need something?" Blaze shook his head as he snuggled onto his chest sniffing his scent. 'He smells like the Ocean.. Sea, maybe..' He thought before he drifts away to sleep.

"Achoo!" Blaze sneezed followed by a cough. His throat hurting even more. Because of this, Ice woke up from his precious sleep as he looked over to his twin and an alarm clock on the desk. 1:30pm. "It's medicine time." Ice said, a hint of teasing in his voice. (A/N: Wait, does that sound right? Uwah, please don't attack me, huhu T^T)

Blaze pouted as he let out a whine, hugging his pillow tightly. "Do I have to...?" The cyan eyed male nodded. "Yes, Blaze. It helps you feel better." He earned a whiny groan from the other boy. "Stop whining and drink this yummy chemical." Ice teased as he gave him a mini cup filled with death - I mean, medicine. Only to receive a disgusted look from his twin. "Ew.."

"C'mon, Blaze, drink it." Blaze held back a gag before drinking the medicine. Ice's cyan orbs filled with amusement, seeing his brother finishing his medicine in just one gulp. "Mm. Tasty, right?" He teased once again. "Hmph."

It's been 2 days of Blaze being sick and Ice taking care of him. Timeskip to a week later, The fiery elemental felt a lot better thanks to Ice. He made his way to his room to thank him. When he got there, He was about to scare him when he heard a sneeze followed by a cough from his twin. Let's just say, it's Blaze's turn to take care of him.

"'I have a strong immune system' he said, but look at him now." Snickered Blaze as he poured medicine in a mini cup.

"Shut up..." Ice whined.

"Go on, drink up. It's yummy."

"You're being mean..."

"Love you too."
