The room was silent.

"Mom, what is going on right now?" Duen asks.

"Honey I'll tell you but right now I have to get to your sister," she says getting her coat and car keys.

"Baby come she might need help" Duen pulls Bohn out the door.

They all hop in the car going to get Dao before the father does. They pull up in the driveway to see Dao sitting on the porch waving towards them. Ann jumps out of the car and runs to her baby but then she saw her husband with a gun. Dao didn't know what was happening. Bohn and Duen walk up to see what was going on.

"Dao, sweetie come to me," Duen asked her softly. She did as she was told.

"Duen what's going on with mama and papa?" With curious eyes. He was scared to say anything. Bohn took Dao to the car and stayed with her.

"Bohn I want you to take Duen and Dao with you please"

He couldn't move from his spot but he did as he was told. Duen didn't want to leave his mom.

"Mom what are you doing?" Tears trickled down his face.

"Go with Bohn ok be happy with him and Dao ok" she gives a soft smile.
 
"No mom please no" he sobbed as Bohn picked him up and put them both in the car and drove off.

Ann heard the gun click.

"Give her back now" his anger showed.

"Over my dead body," she says.

He laughed.

"As you w-AGHH!" He screamed as he looked down into his chest a knife was in him. He fell forwards into nothing but a corpse. Ann was stunned.

"Mike?!"
