Lizzie's day was brighter than ever as she sat on the sofa leaning back against the cushions to get herself comfortable while reading her book. That was until it was snatched from her hands as she growled at Raditz who didn't faze only glaring at her.

"Bookworm, what are you doing?" He asked. Seriously!?

"I'm reading. What else does it look like?" Lizzie replied.

"Well, get yours ass off the couch and fix my mini pod so that I can get on with my mission." He said as Lizzie twitched an eyebrow at him as she yanked the book out of his hand.

"If your in such a hurry then why not come spend some relaxation time with me?" Lizzie insisted.

"What? Spend time with you is only a lacking of matter." Raditz said.

"True. But how are you going to complete your mission when you need a break to clear your mind out?" She said as Raditz growled and sighed.

"Fine you mortal." He huffed.

Lizzie Pov

It's a good thing that I dragged him out of the house so we can go into the public just for me to borrow some books from the library.

"What are we doing here?" Raditz asked.

"I need to borrow a couple of books to help build your mini pod." I replied exiting out of the vehicle as he walked behind me in silence as we enter inside to scan the science section. 

"How many books do you need?" He asked.

"Just a couple." I replied.

The two of us kept reading the titles of the book as I looked over at my shoulder to see Raditz taking out one book off the shelf to read it. Eh!? I continued to search for one until I bumped into a guy nowhere around his late 30's.

"Oh, i'm so sorry." I apologized.

"It's nothing. Are ya lookin' for somethin'?" He asked in a brookyln accent.

"Uh, yes. I'm looking for a functional compartment of machine building." I replied.

"Okay. I'll show you where to find that section." He grasp my hand and dragged me towards 3 shelves away that had technology and historical events of machine topics.

"Thank you." I said as he continued to grab a hold of my wrist as I stare at him in concern.

"By the way....Can I have your number?" He asked as my cheeks changed colors as I felt someone behind me pulled me away from the man.

"I suggest you leave her alone when she doesn't want to exchange numbers. Clearly your over age for her to hitting on women these days." Raditz snarled at the man who slowly back away.

I looked up at Raditz and stared in surprised as he spoke up,"Don't get yourself involve with men that show no potential or mind of thought from what they're going to do women." Raditz  releasing me in a gentle matter as I continued to stare at him in shock. He saved me? 

"Oh, uh, thank you Raditz." I thanked as he grunted in response. My heart was starting to skip a beat as I blushed again and covered my face.

'What the heck is wrong with me!?' I screamed into my head. Raditz and I found a couple of books for me to help him build his mini pod to get it going. 

I am so glad I uploaded this on a Friday and its going to be busy for me tomorrow. As we watch the two get along somewhat there is a little progress showing about their relationship. Find out next time on Bomb's on Monday!
