While the whole day of celebrating Lizzie's birthday, Raditz thought about giving her a gift he bought for her in the store before she left to go to work. The two were now at the park later that evening sitting on a bench silently.

"Raditz?" Lizzie asked as Raditz 'Hmp' in a response.

"Did you plan all of this from the very start?" She asked.

"I wouldn't say I planned on it when it is your day to get out more instead of looking at the screen. That's a yes." He replied.

"I-I just want to thank you. Really." She smiled.

"Anytime." He smiled back as she blushed looking away. "Do you ever celebrate your birthday at all?" 

"....No. I never had because my family couldn't afford any special things to celebrate my birthday during my childhood."She replied sadly looking down at her feet as Raditz leaned over wrapping his arms around her to comfort the kind soul.

"You should celebrate it since this is your first with me." Raditz said.

"You didn't have to." She protested.

"I did. Didn't I?" He said as she looked surprised for a moment and giggled.

"I guess you did. Oh! I forgot that I fixed your scanner and the ship in the backyard is ready to go for you." She said as Raditz felt a feeling in his chest that was something he never felt before even from meeting Lizzie that is. Surely, he would be a cold and emotionless young saiyan, but he somehow grew soft around the young human that he clearly didn't have any idea what his purpose with her is. 

Until, today it changed from seeing her smile, laughing, not stressed, or even angry in the mood she was normally in. It was because she had someone to have fun with and be around more often. Raditz took his time into wondering what he was feeling and it was...love. All this time he thought it was just some sort of gushy and trick feeling inside of chest that clearly and understood that he was in love with the girl.

"Um, Lizzie? There is something I have been meaning to tell you." Raditz cleared his throat as Lizzie got her full attention at the saiyan.

"Yes?" She asked.

"When we first met, I deeply apologize for my rude behavior towards you since we saiyans don't show any kindness or sympathy towards others that we keep it to ourselves. I never bother to even notice how a mortal like yourself, was doing all these nice things for me to get me back on my mission. But, then I realized that a mission to visiting my brother for so long was a critical mistake when....When I founded someone that shows my appreciation. Lizzie, I have feelings for you and I want you to have a great and fun time with me by your side. I don't want you to live so lonely like you use to with your mother. Will you be my girlfriend?" 

Lizzie stared into Raditz in astonishment as she jumped into his arms hugging him in a tight grip as he returns it. 

"I would most likely defiantly be your girlfriend." Lizzie smiled.

"Good. I did bought you a gift too." He said as he handed her a box as she opened it to reveal a necklace with a purple diamond on it. 

"Thank you Raditz. I love-" She was cut off by his lips on her own as he pulled away looking deeply into her eyes.

"Happy birthday, Lizzie." He winked.

There has been some changes lately that made Lizzie's life change when her job was growing financially, Raditz took a part time job of delivering packages. To Raditz, he did forget about visiting his brother but maybe if he does get to see him then he and him will have a little talk about things. He was still getting along with other mortals though he did meet some other saiyans too.
