it's suggested to get to know the other men who are involved in the selection, and this happens to be the room to do it. occasionally, prince rowan can be found in here, and, given that he wants to meet each of the selected, prince keir will also be found in here. when guards or other men staying at the palace have freetime, they might also make their way to the parlor.
