around his family, rowan is the sweetest, most innocent person you will ever meet. however, simply because he stays quiet, to the back, and is extremely polite, don't let it fool you. yes, all of these things are an accurate description except for the innocent part.

when he was growing up, rowan's father did his best to spend time with all of his children, but keir always held a majority of his attention being the one who was meant to take the throne. so, rowan grew up without the image of his father to look up to. in public, he's naturally quiet, full of warm smiles and the occasional remark. though, the prince is quite the opposite when you get him alone.

rowan can flirt into next week with how many comments fly from his mouth. it isn't as though he's trying too hard, but that's just who he is. of course, this person doesn't exist around his family. around others, he tends to not have the best reputation, being known for "toying" with girl's emotions and leading them on. rowan feels bad for this, but that's how he is. if his personality leads someone on, he can't help it.

many say that he's fake for having this persona, but that isn't entirely who he is. for reasons beyond him, he has trouble expressing the other side to himself in front of his family. while his confidence seems to be next to nothing in their presence, he can definitely be labeled arrogant in reality. again, being himself is difficult when it comes to them.

rowan absolutely hates talking about himself. while he could go on for days about his long history of girls for someone only eighteen years old, he won't easily talk about anything else. sharing merely makes him uncomfortable, and he couldn't explain that for the life of him.

the prince doesn't try to be fake, as much as it might seem that way, and he isn't purposefully hiding himself away. rowan, emotional wise, has trouble stepping outside of his comfort zone. due to this and his family participating in the selection and him not being himself around them, he has refused to join the selection.

rowan doesn't care much for people trying to contain him. his sibling always try to warn him against leaving the palace, but that hasn't stopped him so far. he can't stand being locked up for too long, so you often times won't find him in his room.

the prince often times finds himself acting a certain way because that's what's expected of him and he absolutely hates it, especially since hardly anyone seems to notice that it's forced. then again, he's simply that good at faking it at this point.

rowan gets headaches all the time, though no doctor has seemed to be able to find the cause of it.

rowan doesn't care much for wearing suits, and since he isn't the crown prince, he can get away with it. he tends to wear leather jackets and denims, but often times finds himself losing the jacket because he gets too hot. he also wears a lot of jogging bottoms due to his athletic nature.
