The book cover is superb. I like the communication flow between Esse and her friends. It brings out the typical life of a high school student with parents trying to control her future. The gossip from miss knowAll and the late coming beating makes me laugh alot. # i can chop cane wella😜. Apart from a few grammatical mishaps, i think the book is good to go.

The book is really dope! Like it was Wat brought Nigerian wattpad books into the spotlight for me. I like the story line and how I'm able to relate with it. Unlike all other books set in unfamiliar environments, esse is set in Nigeria, somewhere I'm familiar with. It deals with some  stuff that actually happens in sec. Sch and Ruth portrays it well... It would give foreigners an insight to how our high sch life really is. Well done b, keep updating and let those creative juices flow.

Let me just say that book is dope.
I don’t know how to do book review properly 😂but lemme try since ya my bunbun☺
I think a lot of Nigerian teens can relate to her situation. A high percent of Nigerian parents wants their child to study medicine or engineering for reasons I am yet to understand. Not of a lot of them get to fight for their right but she did. So she is a go getter obviously.
And you got the high school cliche Nigerian thing to a pat and smack😂😂😂But I am seriously wondering was up with Joseph and his exes tho?🧐I need answers oo😭😢😢
All in all it was a fantastic read keep it up bunbun🧡👌🏾

Intriguing cover! A very relatable and realistic story. I got the same reaction when I told my aunties my decision to join the arts but unlike Esse I fell for it 😂 Not that I regret. Esse's  parents need serious help.  I like her friends. I like the whole idea behind the story. Very creative.Some inevitable errors editing can fix. Enjoyed every bit of it!

OMFG!! Never in all the time I've spent on Wattpad have I read something so well written and well constructed.
Your cover was the definition of the story itself. The color was on point and so were the images you used, a lot of authors use text slapped on top of an image but this was done by someone with a truly artistic view of the book (please introduce me to your cover maker👏)

Your blurb was great; short and simple and it didn't let out too much information about the content of the book.

The story itself is captivating the moment you lay eyes on the first few words. I like that you are being playful with your writing and you weren't doing anything too serious cause that could make the book boring.

Your characters are certainly ones to look up to. Their development, especially Esse's was relatable and easy to follow. Everyone in this story we're introduced at the right moment and I liked that you gave them their own entry and this gave them an opportunity to shine  without it interfering with the MC's moment of glory.

And finally, I can't tell you how much I love the SHORT chapters!

Keep up the good work and just know that you've got a fan in me from today on. It's got the same element as my book and I love reading books that are the same as mine. I'm sensing ships between ESSE and some of the boys in the book, I need to carefully analyse before I start the ship though.
