Choose a color background that you like and add your png. Then find the draw tab.

Select your color by tapping on the square at the bottom left. Then tap the ink dropper, and place the cursor over the lightest part in the face. Then paint!

Once you're done, press the check mark and add this. I found this on @-voidallison 's tips book.

Then add your font!

TIP

If you can see the person's neck, then add a shadow. You want to select a color that is a few shades darker that you are using.

Then select this brush, and adjust the size and opacity.

Try not to go overboard with the shadows.
