It binds you
Squeezes the air out your lung
It's like a snake

Slithering up your body
Hissing in your ear
It's vemon is lies

The darkness takes over
Taking deep breath won't help
It contracts you
Pulling the life out of you

It's vemon makes you believe it's lies
The snake hisses in happiness
Darkness taking over you

Until an ray of light comes out
It hiss as it slivers away
Into the darkness it was born from

The light takes over now
The snake imprints fade away
Light heals as it heals the soul

Becuase anxiety will always come back
It will strike when helpless is there
But the light will fight back

As anxiety takes over your soul
And devours it like the snake it is
