Background/History:
Alex or A13x was one of many water elementals that was going to be used as weapons of war against the Amazons and surface dwellers. They were deployed in the battlefield with the other experiments. Long story short, all of the experiments got eradicated except Alex. They quickly jumped into the ocean before they could get the same fate as they swum aimlessly around the ocean for a couple of months, until they came to Korea. They observed the humans for a while and saw that they we're not that bad. Soon they found a nice form to take as they explored the surface world. And now Alex is traveling around the world, exploring new cultures and languages.
