The smile seemed to be okay
But the sadness inside will never go away
People only know the smile on a face
But little do they know that it's filled with dismay

Lies always get away with everything
But once it got exposed, everyone will know
For I know that the truth hurts
And a forced smile cannot be unknown

Many people know a person's smile
But only a few understand behind it
For tears and fears have been bleeding in it
But it's only been a while since we saw a real one

That's because you smile doesn't mean you have to force it
It's okay to feel sad
It's okay to have negative feelings
You just gotta let them go and keep moving on

Author note:Hey everyone, I know it's a bad poem that I made but I just want you to know that this poem of mine tells you to let go of your feelings other than being happy with force.I also have experience forcing myself to be happy because I would always think about worrying about what I have to do and it really hurts to see people who I know upset...but in other words I hope you learn from my poem.
