Powers:

Mediumship: Alistair is able to see and communicate with ghosts, both human and animal. Often he sees ghosts when he's awake, but they also haunt his sleep, where they are most terrifying and bringing very little sleep for him.

Necromancy: Alistair is able to raise the dead. At first, he was only able to raise up small animal skeletons and corpses, before being able to raise bigger animals from the dead; eventually, he is able to raise humans from the dead. When he uses his necromancy abilities, his eyes glow white, and the more dead he raises, the more his eyes turn white until they're fully white.

Familiar Bond: Alistair has a familiar bond with the raven he half-resurrected, Hugin. Through it, they can hear each other's thoughts and feel each other's emotions and pain, Alistair can "see" through Hugin's eye, and their lives are connected—Alistair lives, Hugin lives. And if Alistair dies, Hugin dies. 

Death Sense: Alistair is able to sense and feel death. He's able to sense death all the time, but only in certain cases can he feel death, often bringing him pain from feeling death. When he is feeling death, his eyes turn wholly white.

Exorcism: Alistair is able to exorcise spirits out of people, and was able to use this ability on the Mind Flayer. When he uses his exorcism abilities, his eyes and veins glow white.

Astral Projection: Alistair is able to project his soul/consciousness outside of his body. He is able to choose whether his astral self is intangible/invisible/inaudible and not. When he is projecting his consciousness out of his body, his physical body is often motionless and still except for his eyes.

Abilities:

Criminal/Survival Skills: Alistair knows and is able to con, pickpocket, lockpick, shoplift, hot-wire and steal without being caught. This is result of both his upbringing and as a former necessity should Hawkins Lab come for him and his sister. He also knows basic survival skills.

Weapons Mastery: Alistair it able to use a variety of weapons, including guns, knives and a crossbow. He will eventually be able to use a sword,

D&D Knowledge And Skills: Alistair is an avid player of Dungeons And Dragons, and therefore not only knows how to play the game, but has an knowledge of it and the classes, stats, campaign ideas and monsters.

Science Knowledge: Alistair has a fair knowledge of science.

Weaknesses:

Fatigue: Like anyone pushing themselves too hard, if Alistair pushes his powers too hard, he gets exhausted and weak, along with his nose bleeding and his powers weakening. If he pushes himself or overexerts himself too far, he is at risk of hurting himself, damaging the "muscle" of his powers, and in extreme cases he may even go unconscious or die.

Power Incapacitation: Due to his death sense, Alistair feels excruciating pain when he experiences particularly violent death, enough to have him convulse and be physically incapacitated by pain of death.

Vulnerability: When he astral projects, Alistair's physical body is essentially defenceless, and vulnerable to attack.

Phasmophobia: Alistair was afraid of ghosts for most of his life; he's eventually grown out of this fear.

Sleep Deprivation: Due to ghosts haunting his nightmares, Alistair gets very little sleep usually

Coffee: As a result from his sleep deprivation, Alistair has developed a fondness/addiction for coffee to help him function in the daytime

Fatal Flaw:

Self-Sacrificial: Alistair's greatest flaw is that he often throws himself in front of danger to protect his friends, at risk of his own life. This fatal flaw grows more evident the older he gets.
