Since Doyoung was away, Jaehyun stayed in the house with Taeyong.

Both of them were in the kitchen. Jaehyun sat down on the high chair by the island while Taeyong was too busy cooking. The alpha just watched the omega to keep himself occupied. Again, he loves looking at masterpieces.

"Why did that bunny cancelled the wedding?"

Taeyong turned around with furrowed eyebrows, "Bunny?"

"Doyoung."

"Oh. He had an urgent matter," the omega said before looking at the dish he is cooking.

Jaehyun cleared his throat, "When is he coming back?"

Taeyong shrugged, "He didn't tell me anything. He just grabbed a bunch of his stuff then ran off."

"Can I stay here then?"

The omega stopped momentarily before he continued plating the dish and laid it down infront of the alpha.

"You have your castle. Why do you even want to live in a simple place like this?"

Jaehyun shrugged, "Maybe it's because you're here?"

The omega laughed, actually thinking that Jaehyun was joking when it's really true. They just go eat their lunch that Taeyong prepared.

"Your Highnesses, you called me?" Doyoung knelt down on one knee with his head down before he stood back up.

The king on the throne sighed.

"Do you have any reports, Lord Kim?"

"Is it still about Prince Jaehyun?"

The king furrowed his eyebrows and stood from his throne, "What did you expect me to ask from you?!"

"I apologize, my King. But I did find out about something."

"And what is it?"

Doyoung smirked, "Prince Jaehyun was assumed to be in Kingdom Seo."

"Are you sure?"

"My King, citizens found him to be working in some bakery and rumors about him living in the castle. I have still time to check things out myself and report back to you if I have found him."

The king nodded, "Very well. Bring him back immediately."

Doyoung bowed, "Will do, my King. I will report back when I get back from the north."

The king nodded and Doyoung knelt down before he left the kingdom. Once the big wooden doors shuts, the king clicked his tongue and slammed his fist on the armchair of his throne, gritting his teeth in annoyance. The queen beside him placed her hand on her husband's fist.

"Calm down."

The king furrowed his eyebrows, "Calm down? Your son is a disgrace to this family!"

"Who is at fault? We forced him to do this and you know this would happen--"

"Don't you dare talk to me like that!"

The king suddenly slapped the queen on her cheek. The queen trembled and caressed her bruised cheek. The man didn't mind his wife's cry, he just left her there as he walked into their shared quarters.

"What are you going to wear?" Taeyong asked.

It was already night time and Jaehyun didn't get to tell the chauffeur that he needed his stuff since he is going to stay in Taeyong's home. Sadly, no one came back to fetch him. The problem is what he'll be wearing for tonight and it was impossible for Jaehyun to fit in Taeyong's clothes.

"I'll get Doyoung's clothing."

Taeyong shook his head, "No, you can't! He'll get angry if he find out someone wore his clothing."

"Then is it fine if I sleep naked?"

The omega furrowed his eyes and blushed madly, "Y-You can't! W-Won't you be sleeping b-beside me?"

"You don't like body heat?"

Taeyong doesn't know if Jaehyun was teasing him or it was just a plain truth. Jaehyun wiggled his eyebrows at the omega and laughed.

Is it just Taeyong or Jaehyun just looked so breathtaking?

"I don't know. Think of anything else while I take my bath."

Taeyong goes out of the room and into the bathroom downstairs. He didn't think of what will be Jaehyun's solution to his clothing. He wouldn't be really comfortable if Jaehyun decided to sleep naked—he really wishes it won't happen.

After taking a bath, Taeyong was already in his sleepwear when he came out of the room. He take the stairs and walk into his room. Jaehyun was actually waiting for him to finish.

"You can go to bed ahead," Jaehyun said before he goes out to take his turn in the bathroom.

Taeyong did what the alpha said. He turned the lights off and went to the decent queen sized bed. He pulled up the comforter and closed his eyes but didn't decide sleep yet. After minutes passed, the door to Taeyong's bedroom creaked open and surprised that Jaehyun came into the dark room. Taeyong heard the door closed but knew it was just Jaehyun and didn't bother opening his eyes.

Finally, Jaehyun decided to get into the bed beside Taeyong. He pulled the comforter up and did enough courage to wrap his arms around Taeyong's waist and pulled the omega's back closer to his bare chest. It lowkey alarmed Taeyong that he was damn naked underneath the comforter.

"D-Do you normally sleep naked?"

Jaehyun didn't answer it but he just snuggled closely to Taeyong. It made the omega's heart to burst as he didn't want to admit that he felt soft and safe in Jaehyun's arms.

"When I decided to stay in Johnny's castle for a while, I thought I should find and decide who I'll be marrying," Jaehyun said softly.

"Did you...find the one?" Taeyong asked. He turned himself to face Jaehyun and tried hard not to look at the alpha's chest.

Jaehyun's hand caressed Taeyong's cheek. He'll say it and he doesn't care if things will go wrong after it. Though Taeyong is still expected to marry the bunny, he want to let Taeyong know.

"The day I met you is the day I saw my future in your eyes. I was actually happy about my decision to leave the kingdom because if I didn't, I don't know what will happen to us."

All Taeyong could do was to cover his face with both of his hands. Jaehyun laughed at how cute the omega. He tried removing the hands that was covering the omega's face, but Taeyong whined.

"Why are you hiding?" Jaehyun chuckled.

Taeyong pulled his hands down with furrowed eyebrows, "I'm nothing compared to your position. I'm just a mere peasant with no wealth to be proud of--"

Jaehyun cupped Taeyong's cheeks, "I don't need anything from you, Taeyong. I don't care if you're someone else lower than a peasant. You are enough."

The omega blushed madly than the usual does, "Really? Don't joke around this time."

Jaehyun just laughed at Taeyong who whined and tried stopping the alpha from laughing. He didn't want to joke about it since it was something Taeyong was waiting for.
