"Oh, you have already cam--" Donghyuck didn't finish his sentence as the prince stormed into his room that was being cleaned by the omega, "Jaehyun, what are you doing?"

The prince was collecting his clothes and putting them into a bag. He was rushing to get things done and Donghyuck doesn't know what was happening. He was just there standing as Jaehyun finally put everything into his luggage.

"Don't tell me--"

"Hyuck, I am doing this. I don't want this. If they'll just force me to marry someone, then I might as well not attend the wedding tomorrow. I won't be attending the coronation--" Jaehyun was caught off guard as Donghyuck held his arm tightly. He looked angry.

"Are you gonna run away from your responsibilities?"

Jaehyun furrowed his eyebrows, "It isn't my responsibility to forcefully marry someone!"

"But the crown! You are the only one fit for the throne!"

The prince shook his head, "Not anymore."

Jaehyun carried his luggage and out of his room. Donghyuck followed him on his tail. Both of them reached the place where they keep their horses. Jaehyun found his and immediately tied his luggage at the back of the animal. The omega sighed.

"Where are you going?" Donghyuck asked.

The prince hopped on his horse and was already ready to run away, "If I tell you, you'll tell them. Take care of the castle, Hyuck."

Those were the last words of the prince before he finally left his beloved place.

It was a long travel before Jaehyun arrived at a place, a kingdom, he was very familiarized with. He remembered his family always visiting here since he was a kid because of treaty reasons. Now, he's here...he thought his friend could lend a place for him.

He stopped by infront of the castle, where his friend lives. He hopped off of the horse and a man started to accompany him.

"Prince Jaehyun! You have returned!" the guard said.

"Is Johnny here?"

The man nodded, "Please, let me take your horse. I'll bring your luggage into the castle as well."

Jaehyun thanked him before he walked down the long hallway. He pushed the big wooden doors open and there was the king seated on his throne. He was talking with a servant. By the time Jaehyun has been noticed, the servant left them after he and the king talked.

"Oh, Jaehyun, what brings you here? Shouldn't you be preparing for the coronation?"

Jaehyun bowed briefly and smiled, "I--"

"Jae!"

Both men turned their heads to the side to see a tall man wearing a casual wear. He walked towards his dad with his hands in his pockets and lips curved into a smile.

"Where is your manners?! You shouldn't be wearing those, Johnny!" his father exclaimed.

The man shrugged, "Why are you here, Jaehyun?"

"To make the long story short, I ran away because I didn't want to marry anyone."

The men infront of him turned their smiles into frowns.

"What about yo--"

"I won't be king if they'll still force me to marry anyone they like," Jaehyun answered.

"So, you are here for...?" Johnny asked.

"I'll ask for a favor if I can live and hide here for a while."

The king hummed, thinking about the situation. Jaehyun still needed to be the king since he is the only heir but he somehow remembered himself from the prince. Not too long, he called a servant.

"Please clean the guest room and bring Prince Jaehyun's luggage into his room," he said.

"Will do, your Highness."

Jaehyun's smile widened, "Oh, thank you very much!"

The king nodded before he was called by another servant who needed him to be in a meeting. He excused himself, leaving his son with the Prince.

"Must be hard, huh?" Johnny asked, walking away from the throne with Jaehyun right behind him.

The prince just sighed, "I just regretted being a prince."

"Don't say that. You're just stressed right now," Johnny pushed the door and opened it for them to walk into his bedroom.

"Changing the topic," Jaehyun laid down on Johnny's bed while the other goes to his closet to get clothes for the prince to change in, "How are you and that omega?"

"You mean Ten?" the prince let out a chuckle, "We're good, like normal lovers."

"I can't believe you got to tame that omega. I remembered him being so sarcastic with me like I'm not a prince to him."

"I didn't tame him, he's still the same," Johnny said as he threw a shirt and loose pants to him, "Have you found anyone?"

The prince stood up with the clothes in hands, "Speaking about that, I want to find one today."

"Today? In my kingdom?" the prince pointed on the ground.

The other nodded, "I've seen omegas of my type around here."

Johnny rolled his eyes and doubted that Jaehyun would even find one today. Well, Jaehyun is known for a prince everywhere and he got everything. Maybe or maybe not.

"When you go out, will you stop by at the bakery? Pick up my order," Johnny said before going out of the room to let Jaehyun change.

Maybe Jaehyun could spare some time in the bakery. He suddenly remembered his favorite dessert he always eats when he was a kid. Johnny would always tell him that a kid was making their favorite pasteries but Jaehyun didn't believe since he believed that no kid can bake at a young age.

After wearing some normal clothing, the prince goes out of the castle with no guards beside him. He needed no guards. He wanted to feel free for once.

Everything felt so new to him. Wearing casual and no one is with him to take care of him, he felt so bare and good. He never put up a smile this wide. He wanted a simple life like this.

Having his time walking until he reached the nearest bakery, he walked in and saw a few people inside either eating or drinking some coffee. He looked around and the store was a bit worn out. It seemed very old but it somehow the atmosphere felt very cozy. The prince walked up on the counter and saw no one behind it. He looked for someone until he leaned in and saw a person under who looked like he was fixing something.

Jaehyun awkwardly cleared his throat to catch the person's attetion but no response. He repeated it with the same result. The prince then knocks his knuckle on the counter.

"Excuse me?" Jaehyun said which made the person knock his head on the wood above him and made a loud thud.

The person hissed but managed to stand up and Jaehyun stood back to see the cashier. He hasn't walked around the town, he already found his future mate.
