STEP ONE. Start with a black image as your background

STEP TWO. Add your faceclaims, making each facrclaim have their own layer like so. This way you can easily get their sizes to match. You can also do this cover with one faceclaim if you want, but two looks best imo. When you have them both the way you want you'll merge the two layers together.

STEP THREE. Create a new layer between the black background and the faceclaims. Go to the effects, go to style, then choose GLOW (OUTER). Make sure you pick upper layer and turn on crystal glow. Change the radius and color to your liking.

STEP FOUR. Add a new layer above the faceclaim layer. Go to effects, style and then choose GLOW (INNER). Make sure you choose lower layer and again turn on crystal glow. Make sure the color is the same as before and adjust the radius to whatever you want.

STEP FIVE. Choose the faceclaim layer. Go to effects and style again. Choose STROKE (OUTER). Make sure you're on current layer and adjust the size of the stroke that you want.

STEP SIX. Merge the glow layers with the faceclaim layer. Now you should just have 2 layers.

STEP SEVEN. Add a new layer between the two layers you have and add some textures. Go to effects, style and choose GLOW (OUTER). Choose current layer and adjust to your liking.

STEP EIGHT. Repeat step 7 as many times as you want. Then you'll merge all the layers together. After this you'll be left with 2 layers once again.

STEP NINE. Add your title. Rasterize the text layer by pressing the 3 dots. Go to effects and find the wave option and adjust how you like it (I forgot to take a screenshot of this step lmfao). Then you'll go to style and GLOW (OUTER) and adjust to you liking.

STEP TEN. Repeat step nine with your name and quote

STEP ELEVEN. This is optional, but you can add some type of texture to the background if you think it seems too plain.

STEP TWELVE. Add filter and you're done!

It was a struggle getting this up lmfao. I got half way and either wattpad or my internet wouldn't let me add anymore images. They just wouldn't load. So it took forever lol.

But it finally worked so here we are!

I thought I would have to do two parts, but because i forgot to take a few screenshots, I had just enough lol.
