STEP ONE. Add your faceclaim as the background

STEP TWO. Save the box image I'll provide at the bottom and open it on the cover. Adjust the size  and put it where you want. Feel free the change the color if you want.

STEP THREE. Repeat step two for the other box I will provide. Change color if you want.

STEP FOUR. Add the circle gradient thingy (I'll provide you with the one I used). Adjust color if neccessary. Place the circle around the colored lines it matches with. Place that layer underneath the lined layer. Place the layer on overlay.

STEP FIVE. Repeat step four for the other color as well.

STEP SIX. You'll want to add your title two times. I recommend using short titles, but if you can make it work with a longer title, feel free to do it! Place each title underneath the lines you created earlier. Rasterize each layer.

STEP SEVEN. Erase any part of the title that extends past the lines.

STEP EIGHT. Place the titles on overlay. If you have a hard time seeing them, duplicate them as much as you need.

STEP NINE. This is optional and just if you need it. But if you want the colors to pop more, duplicate the circle layers and place them above the faceclaim layer. It can help see the title more and help see the colors more. Save when done.

STEP TEN. Add filter

I will say that sometimes it can be hard to find good filters for a cover like this so just play around with it.
