STEP ONE ; Go to Phonto and use a blank image. Doesn't matter what color it is really as long as it's not white. Save it

STEP TWO ; Use an eraser app to delete the background to make it a PNG.

STEP THREE ; On a black canvas add a chalkboard image as your background.

STEP FOUR ; Press Add Photo and add your title png. Place where you want. But do not press apply yet. Instead press outside the image box

STEP FIVE ; Some celebrities have stickers in Pics Art. You can use one of those or use one you downloaded. Adjust the faceclaim and title as needed. Press apply when done.

STEP SIX ; Go to draw and choose the brush settings like I have below

STEP SEVEN ; Start drawing things on the background. Now it will be kinda hard to see. Just try your best. Zoom in as much as you can in order to draw.

STEP EIGHT ; Copy the layer that you drew on them merge. Repeat this step until the drawings are to an opacity you like. Press the check mark

STEP NINE ; This is optional but I feel it can give more of a chalkboard-y effect. Use the filters VIN1 (fade ~36) and Film2 (fade ~69, blur ~ 10, noise ~10). Save.

STEP TEN ; Add a Polarr filter
