STEP ONE. Open an image of your faceclaim as the background of your cover. You want to use an image where you can see both of their eyes. While it's not necessary to do, I do recommend it.

STEP TWO. Find Beautify and choose hair color. Yes, I do know that they have an eye color option, but I prefer this way. If you want to do the eye color choice, you're more than welcome to. If you do it by way, use the eraser to erase the hair color off the hair. Use the paint brush and brush onto the eyes. Change it to any color you want. I normally do blue but you can use any color.

STEP THREE. Go to draw and color in the the eyes the color white. Place it on overlay and adjust.

(Steps two and three and be interchanged. It doesnt matter which step comes first)

STEP FOUR. Add some blush and place it on multiply (there are many free blushes in the stickers)

STEP FIVE. Add some clouds

STEP SIX. This is optional but use the filters in Pics Art to filter the image. I use 1993 (not free) but you can use anything or skip this step altogether. Save when you're complete though.

STEP SEVEN. Add title. I make the size 75-85 (depending on length), curve is 30-50 (again, depends on length), and tilt is 10 to the left. Font is KEEP ON TRUCKING and I add a different colord shadow each time.

STEP EIGHT. Add your filter
