A commercial appears on a TV screen. The narrator begins talking. "Work, work, work. Seems like the only thing to do in life. Well not anymore! What you see is a brand new resort on an island we like to call Umusde."(pronounced Oo muz dee, it's a made up word). "If you'd like to do something in your life other than work, come on down and spend a week in Umusde's Resort.
"We have a deluxe home for VIPs. If you're not a VIP, we have a resort home made just for you. If you're looking for activities, we have a beach, where you can relax, and the kids can build sandcastles. We also have miniature golf and and a pool with large water slides. Anything a kid could ask for is at this pool!
"All meals will be provided by our amazing chef. Whether it's pizza, or something fancy, he's on the job. If you or anyone else has an allergy, it is important that you tell our chef.
"So come join us on opening day, which is the first day of summer. Spend a week at the gorgeous Umusde resort for just $88.99. Kids under 6 and seniors get a discount. Just call the number at the bottom of your screen or go to the website down below. Hurry before the spots are taken."

The Mitchells vs the Machines

The TV advertisement ends and the TV switches to regular programming. Katie and her girlfriend, Jade were watching TV together.

Katie: "I'm not gonna lie, but that island looked so beautiful. We should definitely go there."

Jade: "You know, you're right. We both aren't busy, so maybe it's worth spending a week there. I have an idea, babe, bring your family with us. They would love it."

Katie: "You think so?"

Jade: "I know so. Plus, they would love to reunite with you."

Katie: "Okay. I'll call them. You can start working on the payment."

Katie gets up from the couch and goes to her room to call her family on the computer. Five minutes later, she comes back. "Alright. They're coming with us!"

Jade: "Wow, that went fast. Well that's good."

Other people saw this advertisement. Here's how it went with each of them.

Mickey Mouse and Friends

Mickey: "What do you think, gang? Should we go?"

Donald: "Better question, why shouldn't we go? It's a great idea!"

Goofy: "A-hyuk I think we should invite Maxie and Roxanne.

Minnie: "Oh that would be nice."

Daisy: "But ever since he graduated college over 15 years ago, he agreed to stay out of the spotlight and live a regular life."

Mickey: "Daisy's right, he may not come along."

Goofy: "He's my son. And I'm sure he will listen to me. I'm going to call him." Goofy walks away.

Donald: "I don't think he's going to say yes."

Mickey: "But it's worth a try."

At a house, Max's phone rings. When Max answers, Goofy yells, "Maxie! How are ya son?"

Max: "It's Max, Dad. I'm surprised that you still haven't figured that out. So what's up?"

Goofy: "Look, I know it's been a while since we've last seen each other, but I was wondering if you and Roxanne are interested in joining me and my friends on a vacation trip for a week."

Max: "You mean the Umusde island? Yeah I saw that and I'm probably not gonna go."

Roxanne walks into the room. "Max, who's on the phone with you?"

Max: (whispers) "It's my Dad, he wants us to go to the island with him."

Goofy hears Max whispering. "Is Roxanne there?"

Max: "Yes. Look we need to talk about it. I don't think we will."

Goofy: "Alright then. It was nice talking to you. Goodbye." He hangs up.

Mickey: "Any luck?"

Goofy: "I don't know. He's not sure."

Daisy: "Good news, Minnie and I contacted many of our other Disney friends and our friends from Tangled and Frozen are coming along.

Minnie: "Eugene, Rapunzel, Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Olaf."

Mickey: "Hot dog! That's great!"

Daisy: "So how'd it go with Max?"

Goofy: "It sounded like he's not interested."

Minnie: "Well if you couldn't talk Max into it, then Roxanne probably will."

Roxanne: "Come on Max, it's just a week. You haven't seen your Dad in a while."

Max: "I know but, ever since I married you, I promised that we would live a normal life and leave everything else behind."

Roxanne: "Come on. It won't hurt if we try again. Once it's all over we can return to that normal life as soon as possible."

Max thinks about it. After a minute, he says, "Okay. Only a week. Shouldn't be that bad." They kiss and then they go to the computer to buy the reservations.

Bluey

Bluey and Bingo squeal excitedly. Chilli was in the kitchen.

Chilli: "What are you two so happy about?"

Bingo: "Mum, can we please go to that island?"

Chilli: "What island?"

She sees the television and thought about it. Bandit walks in the room with a big smile. Chilli knew what he was about to say.

Chilli: "No, don't say..."

Bandit: "Pack your things, we're going!"

Bluey: "For real life?!"

Chilli: "Wait, hang on. Shouldn't we discuss this together. I mean, don't we have other things to do?"

Bandit: "Come on, we don't get many chances to do these things."

Bluey: "I promise to tidy up my toys every day forever and ever!"

She and Bingo began to give them the cute face. Between that and Bluey's promise, they gave in.

Both: "Pack your things."

Bingo: "This will be the best vacation ever!"

Zootopia

Judy: "What do you think?"

Nick: "It's been a while since we've done something fun outside the ZPD. I'm in!"

Monsters Inc.

Mike: "Sulley. Celia and I are going to that brand new resort. We were wondering if you'd like to come along."

Sulley: "Is she okay with that?"

Celia: "Of course she is. She didn't want to leave you behind, pal. Well, actually I didn't want to leave you but she's okay with you coming."

Sulley: "Okay. I need to start packing then."

The Incredibles

Dash: "No way!! We have to go there!"

Dash runs from the couch to alert his family. He bumps into Mr. Incredible.

Mr. Incredible: "Woah slow down, son. What's the rush?"

Dash: "There's an amazing resort opening very soon and they have beaches, water parks, deluxe homes. Everything!"

Mr. Incredible: "Wow that sounds like a lot. I need to talk with your Mom, but I'm okay with it."

Mr. Incredible talks with Elastigirl about what Dash told him.

Elastigirl: "You know, the only time we get to spend time together as a family is when we do superhero work. This is a chance to do something different."

Mr. Incredible: "Okay. What about Violet? Will she be interested?"

Elastigirl: "Only if we bring Tony. She would love that."

Mr. Incredible smiles. Then Elastigirl calls Violet. She was on a date with Tony.

Violet: "Mom? What is it?"

Violet listens to her Mom speaking on the phone about the resort.

Violet: "Are you sure? Okay then. I'll tell him."

She hangs up.

Tony: "What's up?"

Violet: "They want to go on a family vacation. We'll be gone for a week."

Tony: "Oh, well that's fun."

Violet: "You know what makes it even better? You can come with us."

Tony: "Really? They're okay with that."

Violet: "They're more than okay with it. And we get to be with each other for a whole week."

Tony: "That sounds amazing. I'm in!"

They hug.

Onward

Barley and Ian were trying to look for something to watch on TV when they saw the advertisement. Their Mom, Laurel, walked in the room.

Laurel: "What's this?"

Barley: "It looks like a new resort just opened on a new island. What a perfect chance to quest for something enchanting."

Ian: "Barley, I don't think we can do that."

Barley: "Of course we can. They said they have activities. Maybe that's one of them."

Laurel: "Well whether they have that or not, I think we should go. We haven't gone on a family vacation at all. This is a great opportunity."

She gets on the phone with her husband Colt Bronco, who is one of the police officers in their town. She lets him know about this resort and he agrees to come along with them.

Shrek

Fiona got a letter from a messenger, the letter was an invitation to go to the Umusde resort. She read it and called Shrek over. She showed him the letter.

Shrek: "Hmm. I don't know, Fiona. What about the swamp, or the kids?"

Fiona: "Bring them with us. We do need to do something fun outside of the swamp."

Donkey walks in the room. "Did someone say fun?"

Shrek: "No Donkey. This doesn't concern you."

Fiona: "Why not? Bring him with us. He will have a great time."

Donkey: "Where are we going?"

Fiona shows him the letter.

Donkey: "Wow. This is actually a fantastic idea. We all have to go. I'll get the whole gang."

Fiona: "Actually, Donkey, would it be okay if it was just you and Puss in Boots that joined us."

Donkey: "That's fine with me!" Donkey walks away.

Shrek: "Okay then. I guess we are going."

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs

Sam: "Flint, look! This looks amazing!"

Sam shows Flint what she saw on the TV.

Flint: "Wow. We should definitely go there."

He calls Steve and they begin packing.

Hotel Transylvania

Mavis, Johnny and Dennis were watching a movie on TV. When it was a commercial break, the advertisement showed. Dennis got excited and wanted to go.

Dennis: "We need to bring Papa Drac and Grandma Ericka! Please please please. I promise to do all my chores and study harder."

Mavis: "Promise?"

Dennis: "Stake my heart and hope to die."

Mavis: "Okay don't do that for real."

Johnny: "We were gonna say yes anyways."

Mavis: "Johnny no!"

Dennis: "YIPEE!! I'll go tell Papa Drac and Grandma Ericka." Dennis rushes out of his room and down the hallway.

Mavis gives Johnny an angry look.

Johnny: "What, he promised. Plus I think he needs more time out of the hotel."

Mavis facepalms herself. "Fine, I guess we are going. But you need to pay."

The Angry Birds Movie

Red grabs the newspaper from his porch. On the front page was the resort. Chuck runs up to him and says, "Would you look at that. A resort!"

Red: "So what?"

Chuck: "So we have to go there."

Red: "I'm sorry, We?"

Chuck: "Yes, we. You, me, Silver, Bomb, Mighty Eagle, Zeta, and Debbie!"

Red: "Chuck first of all, that's too many birds. Second, I don't know where this place even is. Third, how much does it cost?"

Chuck grabs Red's head and makes him look at the info. Red turns around and says, "Well if you want to go, you better get the gang."

Chuck runs off and tells everyone. 10 seconds later, he comes back to Red's house and says, "They're all in!"

Despicable Me

Margo, Edith and Agnes run from the living room with much excitement. They find Gru and Lucy outside, playing with their baby son, Gru Jr.

Agnes: "There's a brand new resort on a beautiful island!"

Margo: "We really want to go there!"

Edith: "It looks even better than Super Silly Fun Land!"

Lucy wanted to see what they were talking about so they run inside and show her. Lucy thinks it's a good idea.

Lucy: "Gru, you have to see this."

Gru walks inside and sees the advertisement.

Agnes: "Can we go? Pleeeeeaaase?!"

Gru and Lucy look at each other then at the girls.

Lucy: "I don't see why not."

Gru: "Go start packing your bags. We have a long trip ahead of us."

The girls run to their room with big smiles on their faces.
