***Logan (present day)***

Logan sat up in a dark basement. He felt a chain on his ankle and he groaned. He wasn't going to get out of this one easily. Suddenly the room lit up and he looked towards the stairs. Someone was dragged into the basement and thrown to the ground across from him.

"Bastards!" Virgil hissed. Logan watched as they left and Virgil walked over to him. "Logan, are you hurt?"

"I'm fine." Logan held his arms across his chest. "Just cold."

"Do you know who Janus is?" Logan raised an eyebrow and nodded.

"He's Remus's boyfriend. Why?" He asked. Virgil swore under his breathe and looked back at the door. "Virgil what's going on?"

"Well, these bastards kidnapped Remus as you know, and now they got his boyfriend working with them." Logan gasped. No fucking way! He's met Janus once or twice there's no way he'd ever work for these bastards! "They might have forced him into this but he's definitely working with them."

"I'm almost afraid to ask....how's Roman?" Virgil looked down.

"Logan he's alive, but he's..." Virgil sighed. "They've been torturing him."

"And yet they haven't touched me? The one they actually wanted to kidnap in the first place!? This is all my fault."

"No actually." The door opened and the two looked over at the man walking down the stairs.

"WHAT THE HELL!?" Logan screamed. He backed up in fear. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!? You better not have hurt their mother you sick bastard!" He threw Virgil away and forced Logan to look him in the eyes.

"Their mother doesn't even know I'm involved. She sobs everyday and night about losing those stupid boys. She blames you for it you know? Since you dated both of them." He laughed. "It's ridiculous. Your mother doesn't even sob one bit when I go over to comfort her. She says it's your dumb ass problem." he turned and pointed at Virgil. "His mother was really heartbreaking." Virgil looked at Logan and then back at the man.

"Logan I swear if I had known he was behind this his ass would have already been in jail YEARS ago." He walked over and slapped Virgil causing him to lose his balance and fall to the ground.

"You didn't know because I never showed my face." He walked back over to Logan. "I'm showing it now because you need to tell me how to make sure their mother pays that ransom. I know you will tell me. You are a smart boy after all." He took out a printed copy of Logan's transcript. He threw it down in front of Logan who stared at it then back up at drew.

"As if. I know you won't let them torture me. Said it yourself I'm useful to you so you won't hurt me." He backed up away from him. "You hurt every single one of my friends. I'm not allowing myself to be used when you might not even let them go if we make a deal."

"I didn't want to get my hands dirty here." He walked over to the door and knocked. Three men came down. "Bring him upstairs, we need to teach him a lesson in manners."

"You bastard! He's just a kid!" Virgil glared. "You ruined my life I'm not about to let you ruin his."

"I didn't kill her you stupid kid." He pulled up a chair. "Your mother committed suicide."

"Yeah because you fucked with her head!" Virgil looked over at Logan and then at the man. "Let-let them all go and I can give you the fucking money. You do remember I am a paramedic right? I have been saving up a lot since she passed... so please let them all leave and I won't fight them."

"Virgil what the fuck?!" Logan shook his head. "Please don't do that for us please!"

"Logan, you have to swear you won't tell anyone about his involvement Okay? Drew will completely disappear from your lives, Right?" Drew looked at Logan then at Virgil.

"As long as they all promise to keep me out of it, then I will let every single one of you boys go."

"You deserve to be arrested!" Logan screamed at him.

"Logan please for the love of everything, just go and don't say a damn thing okay!? Please!"

"I'm not letting you sacrifice yourself what the hell!?"

"I can protect myself, just please..." Virgil wiped the tears flowing down his cheeks. "I have nobody to lose if I stay."

"That's not true." Logan shook his head. "Please Virgil don't..."

"He's made his choice." Logan started crying as they dragged him upstairs leaving Virgil alone in the basement with Drew.
