Jesse looks up at her ceiling as the knocking continues. "...go away..." Jesse says with her small, raspy voice. It took her a moment to realize but Lukas was on the other side of the door... and crying. "Jesse, I am so sorry..." Lukas sniffs. Jesse slowly stands up and goes to door. She puts her wedding ring back on and bites her lip, "..." She lays her head on the door. "J-Jesse, I love you... I love you so much but I was scared... I don't wanna lose you, Maggie or Elliot... I love all of you and when I heard about Erik... I..." Lukas tears up and puts his hand on the door. "I just didn't want him back... I didn't want him stealing you from me... I... I love you, Jessica Rose Carter..." He closes his eyes and bites his lip, hoping she would respond. Jesse takes a deep breathe and opens the door. Lukas looks at her, "Don't cry.." She says and wipes away his tears. Lukas looks at her and tries to hug her but she takes a step back. "Lukas, I love you with all my heart but..." She puts a hand on her cheek and sighs, "I really need to be alone right now...." She starts to close the door and Lukas sighs, sadly, "I understand..." Jesse looks at Lukas before she closes the door all the way, "...And you never needed to worry about Erik... About him stealing me... You never needed to worry about our love. Because my love for you is what stopped me from making the biggest mistake of my life." Jesse closes the door all the way and locks it. Lukas sighs and rests his head on the door, "...I love you..." He could feel tears welling up in his eyes. Jesse sighs and looks down, "I... I love you too..." Jesse slowly sits on her bed and tries not to cry.

Soon, the sky starts turning dark and the sun sets. Lukas leans against the door frame and closes his eyes. "5... 4... 3... 2... 1..." He opens his eyes and sees the moon rising. Normally, Jesse would be standing by him and holding his hand, or kissing is cheek or telling him a story from before they met, then they would stay up till around midnight, talking, laughing, cuddling and snuggling but... not tonight. Lukas sits on the bed and sighs, "I'm so sorry..." He says as he lays down. He turns onto his side and puts his right hand on Jesse's pillow. He slowly closes his eyes and takes a deep breathe, "Goodnight, Jesse... I love you." He says and uses his other hand to pull the covers over his body. While Lukas is drifting off to sleep, Jesse is just staring at her own reflection. Her whole body is shaky and her mind is becoming fuzzy. The looks behind her reflections and sees a black figure but when she turns her head to look at them, they are not there. She stands up and goes to the mirror to get a better look at the figure. The figure is all black. No facial features or anything.
"Hello?" Jesse looks at her mirror.
"My, you've grown." A deep, husky voice says.
"..." Jesse looks at the figure.
"You don't recognize me, do you?" The figure walks up close to Jesse.
"I recognize... your voice from somewhere... but where."
"Maybe this will jog your memory. I killed your father when you were just a kid and you did nothing but watch." The voice whispers in her ear.
"Killed my father... Who are you?" Jesse shivers as his breathe blows against her. His breathe is icy cold.
"The man who is gonna kill you. Say hi to your dad for me."

Jesse suddenly gasps for air as the figure wraps his hands around her neck. Their grasp tightens and Jesse tries to get away from the mirror. She coughs and squirms until finally her reflection is out of the mirror and the choking stops. Jesse puts her hands around her neck and coughs. She takes a deep breathe then throws a black cloth over the mirror. The black figure went away after that and Jesse falls to her knees and started crying. She no longer felt safe in this place she called home. Suddenly, all her thoughts stop and she remembers her kids. They have a giant mirror in their room. Sean and Solars mirror cracked so they had to get rid of it and the mirror in Lukas' bedroom does not face him so he should be safe. Jesse puts her hand on her neck once more then walks to the door. She opens it and light floods the room and it is now seen by anyone that her neck has turned purple. Jesse looks down the hall before racing off to Maggie's and Elliot's room. She barely makes it three steps when she suddenly hears two children scream, "AHHHH!!!!!!"
