The Clef-hangers were packing up for their first competition. They were fully prepared to win. But they were going to be gone for 2 months. Perry may have been new to the group but she was a fast learner, she learned the moves easily. Velvet and Button already made her uniform. Perry wasn't a big fan of dresses but she decided to wear it anyways. She was glad to be a Clef-hanger. But the Clef-hangers noticed that Iris's behavior was changing. Iris started be really bossy during rehearsals. She would start yelling at people when they didn't do a move right, she would snap whenever somebody suggested doing a different song, she would gag whenever she would start to rant, she was getting really controlling, and she kept repeating the same rule since day one: no treblemakers. Iris was this way because she was stressed about winning that competition. She did not want to lose to the treblemakers. Losing to them would mean they'd have something to drop on the clef- hangers. Iris really wanted to win it was her dream since she was little. She didn't want her dream to be over because of a team of jerks. And that's not the only thing that happened. The troublemakers had a new addition to their group. You're right it doesn't sound like something really bad but it was bad. The new member of the team was Berry. If you don't remember who Berry is he is none of them Perry's boyfriend. Of course Twig was the first one to find out this heartbreaking news and it was even more heartbreaking when she told Perry. Perry loved the clef hangers and she didn't want to leave. So Twig told her she had to keep her relationship a secret. Perry agreed on the idea and immediately informed Berry about it. Berry went to see her and she immediately explained everything. Berry being the nice guy he was completely understood and agreed to this to. Nobody could know Twig, Perry, and Berry were the only ones who were aware of this.

Twig: finally finished packing.

Branch: packing already ?

Twig: yeah I leave tomorrow.

Branch: I can't believe my little sister is a singer.

Poppy and Branch were still asleep but Twig, Clover, and Iris were awake as can be. Since their siblings were still asleep they decided to wake up there siblings with a prank. Twig grabbed an air horn from her bookshelf and all 3 of them snuck into their siblings' room. Twig crept near the bed as quietly as possible and as soon as she was close enough she made the air horn go off frightening both her brother and her sister-in-law.

Branch: TWIG WHAT GIVES !?!?

Poppy: WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU DO THAT !?!?

Iris: if you don't remember we have to leave.

Clover: no worries. You still have time to get ready and take us to the bus stop.

Branch and Poppy both get up and get dressed. They both eat breakfast quickly and take there siblings to the bus stop.

Iris: now remember guys we're up against some pretty tough opponents so we need to give it all we got.

They finally made it and this time everybody got separate rooms. But 2 people had to share a room so Iris made the room arrangements.

Iris was the first one to wake up early. She grabbed 2 pans and started yelling which gave everyone quite a fright.

Iris: I want everyone ready before 7:00 got it.

Everyone did exactly what they were told and we're all ready in time. It wasn't long before Cloud guy's bus came to pick them and take them to competition. After a few hours of sitting in the bus they finally arrived to where the first competition. Everybody got off the bus and went inside the building. When the team got inside they saw all the other groups even the treblemakers who were wearing red hoodies and black jeans.

Perry: ( no fair they get to wear hoodies).

Iris was disgusted just looking at them. She hated the treblemakers more than anything even if all of them weren't mean. Unfortunately for her and her team the treblemakers saw them and walk towards them.

Forest: so the fail squad returns.

Leaf: look at what these losers are wearing. The costume convention is next weak losers.

Berry: could you please just leave them alone.

Leaf: hey what gives Berry why are standing up for these losers ?

Berry: they're not losers and you shouldn't be treating them like that.

They all stood up and watched as other groups performed. After 10 performances they were finally called on stage.

There's lots of cheers and claps after their performance. After they get off Pixie goes on stage.

Pixie: Alright I have the results from the judges. It was really hard for them to decide but they eventually decided on our 3 winners. In 3rd place...... Local Vocals. In 2nd place...... The Clef-hangers. And in 1st place.....The Treblemakers.

The crowd clapped wildy for all 3 of the winners.

The Clef-hangers were all pretty happy to be in 2nd but Iris wasn't. She was furious knowing that treblemakers would come over to gloat. That's why she grabbed the trophy as quickly as possible and told to the Clef-hangers to get on the bus now. They were about to reach the door when they were stopped by the treblemakers.

Forest: Where do you think your going ?

Iris: Nevermind us we were just leaving.

Leaf: so soon ? We didn't have any fun yet.

Tiffany: fun ? ( Eyes glow yellow ) Oh I'll show you something fun you-

Iris: good and we're moving away from them as far as possible so when we get to our next stop I'm going to book us a hotel far from where they are.

Bella: right now that sounds like the best idea.

Perry: agreed.

So they all packed there things and left the hotel and got on the bus and before they new it they were already there. Everybody still had the same room arrangements but Twig didn't care, she wanted to be with Clover cause she just felt so safe with him and right now at a time like this she needed to be safe. Everyone was set up in there rooms and after they finished setting up they had a little meeting talking about the song they would do for the next competition and of course Iris refused to do any other songs so they still practiced the same song. And after rehearsal they went to bed.

Clover: well I don't know about you but I'm beat ( sees her staring out the window ) hey are you ok ?

Twig: Clover... I never felt so terrified in my entire life.

Clover: your with me now so your safe. ( Walks over to her )

Twig: I know. But what are we gonna do ?

Clover: we'll take care of it somehow I promise.

Twig: but what if he does something to me ?

Clover: well then ( pushes her on the bed which causes her to laugh and gets on top of her ) I guess I'll have to mark my territory.

Clover: just relax.

Twig: don't you start anything here Mister.

Clover: I won't.

Twig: Then why are you still on top of me ?

Clover: Because I just want to do this ( kisses her sweetly )
