Shadows danced and swirled around her.

They were faceless but human in shape, and deep inside she knew exactly who they were. Every single one of them held something in their hands: a spray paint can, a wooden stick, a few carried crowbars. Each being had a single purpose to destroy something specific inside the building.

She stood alone and confused in the middle of the chaotic destruction raging around her. No one paid her any attention. Cautiously, she started walking towards the professors' offices. Once she started to move, the ground beneath her feet began to shift and flow, moving on its own volition, carrying her toward her destination.

When she reached the offices, the ground solidified again and she was left staring at the locked door. Rage flooded her mind and a brand new feeling of power she had never felt before, filled her.

It must be all those drinks, she thought to herself as she stood there transfixed by the door.

She pounded her fists against the cold glass, and as she did she knew that despite the fact that she was not carrying a weapon, she was somehow capable of causing catastrophic destruction. This thought spurred her on, and now she wanted to destroy.

A dark powerful urge to collapse the building flared inside her, and urged her to demolish this building that had stolen away her dreams.

She slammed her eyes shut and imagined the ground shaking violently beneath her feet. The tremors would rattle the foundation bringing it down brick by brick. Her eyes flew open, nothing happened, it wasn't enough. A new thought bloomed in her mind, and she smiled wickedly.

She closed her eyes again, this time she envisioned the building wrapped in hot licking flames. Even the stone walls were ablaze. Everything the fire touched turned to ash. The vision of flames was so strong that she could feel the heat; she thought if she reached out her hand she would actually touch them, feel their energy coursing through her.

Without thinking, her hand stretched and waved over the ground in front of her. She smiled when she opened her eyes and saw the flames bursting forth. After a few moments, her smile vanished as she watched the flames dance.

She felt a strong hand grab her shoulder and pull her back away from the fire, which made her feel a little sad.

Together, they moved away from the flames. She could feel his arms around her, but when she turned to face him she could only see his black eyes.

Next thing she knew, she was outside the burning building. A crowd stood staring as her blaze consumed the building. Some of them screamed, while others laughed, and then slowly one by one they all ran away. She was the only one who remained, her face lit by the burning flames, as she searched desperately for the boy with the black eyes who had vanished.

Finally, she heard the screaming sirens of the fire trucks approaching, and she resorted to the only thing she was good at: running away. As she ran from the blazing building, her ears picked up on the strange tones of the sirens. They sounded completely different from the ones she was used to. They lacked the long deep sounds, instead they were shrill and sharp. They sounded surprisingly close, as if they were coming from right next to her.

"The alarm clock," she said inside her dream and opened her eyes to find herself safe in her own room while her alarm clock blared annoyingly, its hands pointing at exactly six o' clock.
