When I was little there was a story I loved more than anything.It was the story of the Ghostbusters and when I was afraid it calmed my heart.  Years ago mankind had to live in fear of what went bump in the night. We lived in terror of the supernatural spirits. One day fateful day that all changed when a group of men appeared seemingly out of the blue. They were no supermen but just ordinary people like you or me. They stood up against the evil ghosts that haunted mankind as our heroes. They fought many dangerous threats we couldn't dream of and came out the winners. It used to amaze me how they could face evil alone like that and made me feel brave. I used to dream about being a Ghostbuster just like them. But if there was 1 thing I would tell my younger self it's this;be careful of what your little ass wishes for. Your probably wondering what I mean huh? Well then let me take you all back to when it all began.

3rd person pov

Y/n walked down the street with two of his friends as they laughed.

JustYourAverageToast : I'm telling you Child's play is way better than leprechaun dude. How the hell are you gonna say Child's play is the worse horror movie?

The other tried to make a point only for Y/n to chuckle with a smirk.

Y/n: Your a bunch of horror  movie  amateurs. 

JustYourAverageToast: Oh yeah then how about you give us the worse horror movie huh?

Y/n: I can give you 3. Puppet masters,Killjoy the Demon clown, And Ginger Deadman.

Angbrine: What?

Y/n: Exactly People thought those movies were so bad they  never air them on TV. Aside from meme value very few actually like them  as films.

JustYourAverageToast : Fair enough mate but fuck you

Y/n  chuckled at the two before they left on their way to school. While that happened Y/n looked out infront of the school seeing the memorial to a girl he used to know. To Y/n she was a childhood friend known as Alicia  Draven. During that a field trip  to a school farm that year she was killed in a car crash.

Y/n;(mind) I still remember that day well.

(Flashback)

Y/n pov

I walked down through the school as she grinned at me.

Alicia: Hey Y/n come on let's hurry!

Y/n: Damn  aren't you excitable you know you can afford to calm down a bit.

Alicia: *Grins*Heh Sorry but you know how much I like nature. Being able to leave this place and enjoy the peaceful outdoors is amazing.

Y/n: Yeah I guess you've got a point Alicia.

Alicia: Hey...Y/n?

Y/n: Yeah?

Alicia: Thanks for always being there for me...It really means alot. Not too many people care about me but you've always been there for me. Your the greatest friend I could have ever asked for.

Y/n:Um hehe of course no problem I'll always be there for ya.

(Flashback over)

Y/n pov

 I was on the other bus with my friends when it went down. While I was lucky it doesn't take back that she died that day. I made myself a promise that no matter what I would continue on her memory. When I walked into class I looked around the class seeing I was alone. After sighing I looked outside the window.

Y/n(Mind):Where the hell did the others go?

(Meanwhile with the boys

3rd person pov

Angbrine is seen beating up a Tyler while JustYourAverageToast is doing acid while listening to Gorillaz.

JustYourAverageToast : WHAT TIME IS COLOR YA FUCK!?

Tyler:I-I'll tell my mother about this!

Angbrine : GO ON YOUR KAREN MOTHER DOESN'T SCARE ME! KNOCK THE RABBIT WAIFUS  AND  I KNOCK  YOUR YOUR TEETH OUT!

As something went by the boys looked back to see nothing.

Angbrine : The hell was that?

JustYourAverageToast: No idea way too high to care. Now help me find my hands and  a copy of flushed away.

Shrugging he went off and joined his fellow legend.  Within a shed across the street a glow can be seen as a figure's hand began to form. The figure scoffed before they spoke in a feminine voice.

???: Damn..I can barely become visible. Whatever I need to find someone who can help me.

??? 2: We need to find him I know he'll help us. He's always been there before.. I know in my heart he still will.

???: Your sometimes way to trusting you know that?

??? 2: *Chuckles* Maybe your right.

While I was returning home a few hours later I sighed.

Y/n:(Mind) Why do I feel so on edge lately? I can't shake this dread no matter what I do.

I clenched my fist and continued to walk until I felt a chill go up my spine.

???2 :Y/n.......i've missed you.~

I turned around trying to see no one causing me to shake my head.

Y/n:(mind) Shit I'm just imagining things..that's all I need to keep my cool.

I tried assure myself but I was suddenly stopped when I felt a gust of wind blow past me. I looked ahead and braced myself as it soon formed a pale  woman. As she let out a scream I felt back back with my eyes widened.

Y/n:WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON ?!

???:Y/n...L/n?

Y/n: (mind) THE HELL WITH THIS SHIT I'M NOT STAYING AROUND TO SEE WHAT THEY WANT!

I jumped up before I ran off with everything I had. While I ran I turned around seeing the girl was relentless. I groaned to myself then jumped over a small amount of stairs.

Y/n:(Mind)When I wished more girls liked me I didn't think it would be the dead kind!

When I did see her behind me I  quickly hid away behind a wooden barricade. I  began to take deep breaths until I noticed her flying off in the other direction. 

Y/n:*sighs* Thank god.... I don't know what that was but I hope i won't have to deal with it again.

After regaining my breath I was going to stand when I heard the wood beneath me crack.

Y/n:Oh shit-

When the ground gave way I fell I screamed out until the girl from  before caught me.

???: Relax I've got you alright

Y/n:What the hell it's you again. Just who the hell are you and what do you want from me?

Luna: My name is Luna Summers and i'm here because I need your help.

Y/n: Me? I'm just  some nerd who likes the occult! Lady if you need help try raising your standards a bit.

When Luna placed me on the ground she spoke to my again with a blunt tone.

Luna:Look your not my first pick trust me but my friend wanted your help specifically. The truth is I kind of owe her a debt. 

Y/n: What does that mean?

She was about to respond  when I heard something go off. I looked around before lights suddenly bursted on causing me to cover my eyes.

Y/n:It's too bright my eyes hurt!

I went back and bumped into a wall before I heard a machine behind me make bizarre noises. Knowing whatever it was couldn't be good I jumped back to the ground.. When my vision returned I looked around before I gasped in disbelief.

Y/n: Holy shit..this can't be.IT'S THE BASE OF THE LEGENDARY  GHOSTBUSTERS HAHAHA !!!

I  laughed with joy before I ran around the place exploring it. While I did my fanboy instinct took over causing me to ignore Luna. While I ran I noticed the most beautiful thing I could find.

Y/n; HELL YEAH IT'S THE  ECHO-1 ! I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW LITTLE THE THING IS WORN OUT!

Luna: Hey listen we need to talk before-

Before Luna could finish she was cut off by the sound of growling.I stood up  and looked when the lights turned off. I looked up seeing 4 small orange lights aimed at me.

Y/n:What's going on here?

Luna:Y/n Run now.

Y/n: What-

Luna: JUST MOVE!

I saw the things fall at me causing me to jump out of the way. I looked back seeing they were two monstrous ghost causing me to curse.

Y/n:WHAT THE HELL?!?!?!

When one of the Ghost charged at me they were suddenly blasted away.

???: I won't let anyone hurt him!

Y/n;Wait...I know that voice b-but it can't be.

???: It's been a long time huh Y/n? I've missed you so very much!.

Y/n:A-ALICIA?!
