It was a sunny sunday morning, the warm beams of light filtering through the blinds as Jimin rubbed the sleep out of his eyes, hand scratching his skin from under his baby blue pijama.

He let out a silent yawn, turning around to face the rest of the bed where Namjoon still snores lightly, sleeping on his stomach with his face turned towards Jimin. A small trail of drool was falling from his parted lips onto the pillow making Jimin unable to contain a  chuckle as he made the mental note to not sleep on that pillow.

Checking the time on his phone and opening his music app, he pushed himself off the bed, leaving the warm comfort of his covers to step into the cold that bit at his toes. It was the beginning of october, and for some reason the weather decided to just drastically change from shirts and shorts to warm jackets and scarfs in the span of a week.

He shuddered slightly, opening the double doors of their dresser and picking a pair of black fitted jeans and a large, light gray hoodie.

Tiptoeing out of the room as to wake up the sleeping beauty (though it really wasn't necessary because of Namjoon heavy sleep), he ventured into the hallway, taking the beige coat that dropped to his knee and wrapping himself into the thick material.

His feet slid into his black doc Martens, taking his keys from the small bowl and heading out the door after making sure he had pocketed his phone and his wallet.

Despite the cold weather, the light that hit his skin managed to warm him enough for him to just stand on the porch of their house and smile at the sun for a few seconds.

Thinking he would probably be seen weirdly, he decided to stuff his hands in his pockets and make his way towards the nearest metro station.

He and Namjoon had chosen the house together because it was just on the outskirts of Seoul, too far from the center to be extremely noisy and busy, but too far from the countryside to be isolated from public transportation and their basic needs (such as a convenience store).

A small smile at his lips and a kick to his step, Jimin walked down the stairs to the station, checking the next metros towards the city center and huming a small tune.

He felt excited, for he would be seeing his best friend Taehyung in only about twenty minutes. The two had met at work, the younger being the stylist for the group Jimin choreographed, Blue Moon. They'd known each other for just over a year but their common age and interests had made them good friends very fast.

Although they of course, saw each other at work whenever Blue Moon staff had a general meeting, they were both very busy with their respective jobs while in the business environment, and often didn't find the time to actually talk.

Jimin entered the metro, checking his wrist watch. It was half past eleven. Some grandmas with their trolleys were sitting their way to the markets, some high school or university students with their backpacks on their way to their weekend classes.

Hearing his station being announced by the metallic voice, Jimin stood up to make his way towards the doors, a tune blasting from the his bluetooth headphones (ridiculously large on his head, but they helped to protect from frostbite).

The doors opened, and he stepped out, taking the escalator (playing a game on his phone mindlessly) and stepping outside into the crisp air.

He hadn't noticed a group of teenage girls whispering and squealing to each other on his left as he looked down on his phone, checking to see if he'd received any messages from Taehyung.

"Excuse me..." He looked up, a cute questioning gaze going towards the girl who had reached out towards him. "You're Park Jimin? ChimChimeny?" She asked, stating his youtube username.

He smiled, nodding as the girls who'd been hiding behind his interlocutor squealed again.

"Can we have a picture, please?" She asked with a small excited smile.

Jimin nodded with another smile, taking his hand out of his pocket and extending it out to her as if to ask for her phone. She opened her photo app and handed it to him.

He held it in front of him as he stepped to her side, the other girls joining in onto the frame as well, squishing each other to fit together.

Jimin pointed a finger at the girls, opening his mouth and widening his eyes into a faked surprised expression, making all the girls laugh at his quirkiness, (his behavior made it out as if they were celebrities, and they found it cute). He snapped a picture before smiling simply and taking another.

He then handed the phone back to her with a large smile, telling her to tag him if she posted it on her social media. They then exchanged a lot of bows and thank yous, before Jimin turned back around, only to meet the stern gaze of Taehyung.

"Tae!" He beamed as he ran towards him, quickly slowing down at his crossed arms and serious expression.

Taehyung's bright blue hair was swept to the side slightly, a baby pink bandana over his forehead and parting his hair slightly. He had a pair of fake, golden rimmed, retro aviator glasses over his nose.

He wore a bright red hoodie, a coat similar to Jimin's in the model but made out of a patchwork of various different fabrics, all of different colors and patterns; and a pair of bright blue pants, matching his hair; with obnoxiously chunky dad sneakers.

"You're late." He said, looking down to his colourful wrist watch he'd bought from the kid's section. "Again."

Jimin smiled innocently, holding Taehyung's arm and pulling him towards the area where all the thrift stores were beginning to open.

"I'm sorry Taehyung-ah!" He apologised, though he really didn't mean it that much. "I'll treat to a pastry to redeem myself."

The younger rolled his eyes, hooking his arm properfly with Jimin's and stuffing his hand into the pocket of his coat.

They walked through the busy streets, walking into a few second hand shops and shimmying through the cramped spaces to find the best pieces.

"Ooo!" Jimin smiled as he took a shirt out of the racks, holding it out to his best friend.

The other looked his way, his gaze burning up into a glare as soon as it layed upon the article of clothing.

"Jimin, put that monstrosity back in place." He said as his eyes detailed the print of the shirt.

it had space font, with a large print of a cat in the middle, the material was horrid, a type of mix between cotton and plastic that resembled that of a swimsuit.

"But i like cats." Jimin protested, though in all honesty, he found the shirt horrendous as well.

Taehyung made his way towards Jimin, grabbing the shirt from his hands despite having a pile of clothing in his arms and placing it back on the rack.

"Don't spend your money on rags." Taehyung spat before going back to his search, leaving Jimin to laugh silently at himself, shaking his head as he also resumed his shopping.

A long four hours of going into all the thrift stores in the block and a dozen bags later, the two men were casually walking down the street towards the city center making their way towards the food isle of the city before they'd go to the block where younger generations went busking.

The stopped at a few food stands in the cramped street, Jimin buying them both a pastry as they then resumed their walk towards the center.

On their way, someone who seemed to be a university student stopped the pair, an expensive looking camera in hand as he asked Taehyung to take a picture of him.

The man was pretty used to it, having a very loud style and being a stylist for one of the biggest entertainment companies in the industry. He handed his bags over to Jimin and posed in the middle of the street to look straight through the lense like the model he was.

The student thanked him and walked away after bowing, Taehyung smiling and waving at him.

He retrieved his bags from Jimin and they both walked towards a small crowd of students who were circling around a street dancer, who performed a song of a notorious girl group that blasted from his speaker.

The people around yelled out the fan chants as he executed the very last moves of the song, ending on a powerful move as the crowd cheered.

He smiled, bowing at his audience just in time for the next song to play.

Jimin and Taehyung both recognised the tune immediately. It was the title song of Blue Moon's last album. The younger of the two snatched Jimin's bags from his hands pushed him towards the crowd.

"Go perform with him." He urged, insisting despite Jimin's resistance.

In the end, the shorter sighed and took off his large coat, pushing through the crowd to join the dancer, who recognised him with a large smile and wide eyes. He stepped to the side, leaving more space for the older to dance as well.

The small crowd cheered as they both danced, a lot of them filming and screaming out Jimin's name as he danced, yelling even more when the more sexy parts of the songs came out, especially when the two men dropped down low.

Taehyung also cheered from the back of the crowd as he filmed, Jimin laughing at him as the two dancers finished the routine.

Jimin bowed to the dancer, thanking him for letting him dance alongside him.  He smiled in response, bowing as well and expressing his admiration for the choreographer.

"I'd love to be like you when i grow up." He had said.

The sentence alone made a new sense of pride and self accomplishment bloom into Jimin's heart, as he hugged the younger boy, ruffling his hair before leaving as the next song began.
