"I'm gonna be late!!"

Shoes stomping on the ground in each steps he took while hurriedly running through the crowd in the train station.

Apologizing to the people he accidentally pushed by the shoulders and continue on running.

Some people oddly look at him and that's because he didn't even try to look decent in the morning.

Sunwoo was in a rush that probably one of the buttons on his shirt are not in the correct place plus the tie around his neck is quite loose and he's too lazy to even adjust his uniform. Even his black hair looking so messed up.

He stop for a moment to catch his breath as he pants heavily, placing his hand on both of his knees.

Heart already pounding so fast through his chest from all the running as sweats rolled down from his forehead.

Then he heard the announcer said through the speaker that the train will be leaving soon.

He widen his eyes as he sprinted towards the door of the train before it could actually close shut and seems like luck is not on his side, he bump onto someone on the shoulder making him to fall right on his butt.

The umbrella slip off from the guy's grasp as it falls down on the floor, hissing in pain from the sudden contact with the sun.

Sunwoo raised his head up to see a blonde haired man somewhat in pain. He can clearly see his skins are burning which shows him his freshly open wound.

Is he...?!  It couldn't be...

He shook his head left and right, grabbing the umbrella from the floor and save him from the sunlight by covering him using his umbrella. The blonde guy look up only to meet his beautiful eyes.

He's not in pain anymore and his skins turn back to normal as if the wounds from before wasn't there. Sunwoo noticed that but didn't dare to say anything.

Heart unknowingly beat more faster than usual as his mind went blank for a moment until the announcer announce again through the speaker which makes him to snap to reality.

"Ah right! He's gonna fire me if I don't be there in time"

Sunwoo dashed off after taking a glance on his wristwatch and headed inside the train before the guy could even thanked him.

The corner of his lips tug upwards, secretly smiling to himself and leave the station quietly.

"Wait! Don't close the door yet!"he shouted, panting so heavily after he stopped in front of the door.

"You'll be the last one kid. Welcome aboard"the guy smiled, giving him space to enter inside.

He thanked him with a small smile on his face and plop himself down on the vacant seat, still feeling tired from all the running.

While catching some breath and try to ease his heart, an image of the blonde guy he bumped onto pop into his mind and the way his skins are burning due to the sunlight made him think.

No no... Maybe it's just my imagination. Vampires does not exist in real life

He just shrug his shoulder, brushing off the thoughts about that guy and focus on his work. After 45 minutes in the train, he finally reached his destination of his workplace.

He uses the train because it was way faster than any transportation as he glanced down at his wrist watch again and he is 15 minutes early before the presentation actually start.

He entered the building after adjusting his uniform and saw his best friend at the front desk talking with some of their co-workers.

He called his name which he successfully gain his attention and he put on a wide yet bright smile on his face.

"That's so rare of you to be early. What's up?"Changmin spoke up while approaching him.

"The ceiling obviously"Sunwoo joked as he chuckled."Well let's just say luck is on my side"

"Is this luck or what? Because our group presentation was cancel this last minute due to our leader have a meeting with the manager"

Sunwoo felt a bit relief after he heard that as they stepped inside the elevator, pressing a certain button until they reached the floor where they will be working at.

It isn't really his thing to be working as an office worker but that time where he was so desperate to earn money, he applied most of the vacant jobs and he end up choosing this one just because it pays well compare to others.

Yet he did have fun while working and he have so many friends too but what he doesn't like the most is the boss.

He's kind of an asshole sometimes and often lashed out his anger to his employees without a reason.

This happens to him once after he gave him some documents and the boss threw them to his face making all those papers scattered on the floor as Sunwoo just kept his head down and he had to pick all of them again.

When that happens, Changmin will always be there for him.

Comforting him and even treat him some food to eat together which made him feel better afterwards. He's glad to have a friend like him.

"Sunwoo hyung! Why don't you get yourself a boyfriend?"Jeongin, his other best friend suggested who is now sitting across him in a small cafe.

They're all on breaks right now before going back to work again. Changmin was still busy choosing some food and drink.

"Hm? Why would I need one?"Sunwoo rose one of his eyebrows after taking a bite on his food.

"You look so lonely sometimes which kinda made me worry"

He sent him a pity smile then continue to watch what he was watching in his phone. The older took a peek over to take a quick look on his phone and it's about the supernatural shows that Jeongin loves to watch.

"Why do you love watching this kind of shows? They seem fake"

"No it's not. It's all real hyung!"

The younger gave him a few hard smack against his arm, not caring if he's hurt or not and want him to believe all those stuffs because he actually seen one before.

Soon Changmin joins them, sitting right next to Sunwoo while placing down his food and drink on the table and beam him a smile.

He mirrored his smile and proceed on eating his food quietly as the two of them began to talk.

After their breaks, they went back to work till their shifts are over and now they went back home.

Sunwoo is with Changmin and Jeongin because Changmin insist him to go back home together and he didn't have the energy to say no.

Entering the train together, he can feel someone was staring at him from behind as he gazed at the reflection of the window in front of him and saw a blurry figure beside him.

He grip onto the pole tightly next to him and Changmin notice the change of his expression.

"What's wrong?"he questions as he leaned in a bit towards him.

"It's nothing. Don't worry about it"he answered, smile reassuringly to him.

The older just nodded his head, shrugging his shoulder and look back at Jeongin who is still concentrated on his phone with his earphone plug inside his ear.

Probably about those supernatural stuff

Changmin told him the volume was too loud and he can hear it from here.

He said that he couldn't hide the excitment as he shoved his phone to their faces, showing them a news about vampires murdering 5 innocent people.

"This really happened in Seoul! Can you believe that? Will I ever get the chance to meet a vampire in person?"

Why does he want to meet a dangerous vampire who only came to suck blood and kill them? Sometimes I don't get what this kid is thinking, Sunwoo thought.

Then he turn his head around where the person who have been staring at him is now gone. He wondered who that person might be but he's kinda scared if he ever encounter him or her.

After that, they started to go on their separate ways as soon as they arrived their destination but Sunwoo and Changmin went to the same direction. Walking side by side, he spoke up out of the sudden.

"You don't really have a boyfriend right?"

Sunwoo make an abrupt stop on his track as he stared at his best friend a bit curious why he asked.

"Yeah... I think I told you before that I don't have time for love. Why?"

"Nothing. It's a relief to hear that from you"he said after shaking his head left to right and beam a smile."C'mon let's go"

The black haired man hum while nodding his head as a respond and begin to walk again.

A flashback of him and Changmin in high school popped inside his head out of nowhere.

Where Changmin confessed his feelings towards Sunwoo at the school garden but sadly, he rejected him because he doesn't have the same feelings as him which they ended up as friends.

He kind of felt bad tho but Changmin didn't seem to be showing so much emotions of hurting and always so bright while putting on a smile on his face. It must be hard for him to move on from him.

A sigh escape from his lips as the both of them stopped right in front of the zebra cross, waiting for the red light to turn green and when he looks forward, there he saw a guy from across the road wearing all black but his blonde hair is what he familiars of.

Isn't he that guy from before?
