Dear Aron, 

I know this is going to be one of the toughest times in your life; because I was there. I know what it's like to be accused of rape. You feel like the whole world has turned against you. You feel that the verdict has already been delivered by the way they look at you as if you were a piece of trash. 

I've been in prison too. Seven years for rape. I didn't do it, but I still get treated like a criminal. First few days of the prison were the worst, they beat the shit out of me. Even when they found out I was innocent, they beat me down. I guess it was their way of toughening me up. It's a miracle I made it out alive today. 

Now I'm out, I'm gonna rebuild my life. I'll start my own business and do a bit of writing and creative work on the side. It's gonna be hard for me to get work since I'm a convicted rapist. I just wish there was another way to clear my name but now I think it's too late. I've done the time for it. 

But enough about me, this letter is about you. 

I just want you to know that I'm here for you and that I will fight for you. You don't know me, but your music has been such a big inspiration in my life. Your lyrics reminded me of the reasons why I got up in the morning and the reason I need to live. Your beats give me energy and remind me that even though there is so much bullshit going on in the world, there are still things worth fighting for.
