Sitting in a corner of a pastry shop was a teenage boy of 19. He was waiting for a cake, a small slice cut especially for him, because he wanted to treat himself after a day's work. It was long and he was also subjected to sit down and check some paper, being a part-time student of a small company. Looking at his watch, he impatiently counted down the seconds before the cake was served. The boy huffed in impatience after a few minutes passed. He was a costumer and those waiters should  be already up and serving his cake.

Finally, a small bell stationed on his table rang softly, signaling that his order would be coming up soon. "At last, I can satisfy myself," growled the teenager. "Just a few minutes... isn't the service here too slow?" As impatient as he was, he couldn't blame the pastry shop. It was famous for creating bread and pastries with rare ingredients and satisfyingly perfect taste. But because it was just small, it was a bit crowded.

It wasn't hard for him to get in since he was a regular and an old acquaintance of one of the owners of the pastry shop. An old and jolly-looking man, the owner was happy enough to have one costumer come in the shop. His wife, a jolly one too, was the one who always bakes. They also had 3 kids who would run around, trying to help them in many ways they could think. The teenager would help the family around when he was younger and had more free time. He smiled distantly, reminiscing the memories he spent with them.

His thoughts were broken when a chirp of 'Here's the food!' of a kid interrupted him. He smiled and took the small plate, ruffling the boy's head in the process. "Hey chip, thanks and sorry in advance," he said. "I can't help you this time though. My boss was really making me busy."

"Okay then," the kid smiled eagerly. "I hope you would have some time. Good luck!" And he ran off. The teenager smiled faintly and turned to his slice of cake. He stared at it for quite a time until he decided that he really need to eat the cake. And so, he picked up his fork.

He was going to indulge in the goodness of the cake when another girl-like voice whining 'NOO!!!!!' interrupted him and crashed into him. He and the person fell on the floor. He looked up and saw the person, whom he really knew. He growled and made a sweeping action with his hand, trying to keep his cool demeanor.

"Maeumi, what's mine is mine."

The girl named Maeumi whined, "But it's cake! And you know I love cakes, specially that one!" And the teenage boy sighed. Looks like he needed to convince her that it was his. Only his. He stood up quickly and grabbed the plate. Maeumi stood up too and crossed her arms.

He stuck out his tongue at Maeumi, teasing her. Maeumi's eyebrow twitched, irritated. Ah, she knew he could intimidate her by his height, and Maeumi tiptoed, trying also to reach him. Again, he towered over her and she was annoyed again. The boy pointed his fork at Maeumi and she did the same, this time with a spoon.

He growled, "This is mine."

"No way!" Maeumi exclaimed, finally agreeing to the challenge and they did a mock sword fight with their spoon and fork. Maeumi almost elbowed a waitress carrying a tray of food on the side and the waitress frowned at her, tutting at her childishness.

They fought for a short time, because there were people looking at them and it was a bit embarrassing to continue. The boy looked over his shoulder distractedly at something and Maeumi concluded the battle, hitting the boy on the head hard.

He then fell on his knees, ruffling his head. "Ouch! That really hurt. Are you a sumo wrestler or something?"

He turned to look at Maeumi, who was now drooling on his table. That woman, he thought, she never knows what she really is doing. By now, Maeumi cheerfully scooped a small part of the cake and ate it, delighting in the taste.

But her eyes opened wide, and she mouthed before going to the bathroom, "No..."

The boy smiled. It was wise of him to order that one. He stood up, put his left hand on his hip and called after her, grinning, "It's strawberry, you moron!"
