Y/n pov

 Nothing comes without a cost, especially freedom. That was what my brother Adam once taught me. That if your voice had to be heard you would gain nothing without standing and demanding to be heard. It was because our heritage that we learned it was best to have pride in who we are. While our kind the Faunas have been treated with spite by humans my brother and I joined The White Fang. We became freedom fighters in order to prove we were never inferior to humans. But what I never knew was how much my brother's legacy truly needed to be seen through. It all began during one winter as I stood with my team at the ready.

Y/n; Adam we're in position all we are awaiting is for your call.

 Adam: Good, remain in your post until our target arrives.

 Y/n:*nods* Roger that stay safe Brother. 

 Adam: You aswell Y/n hopefully we can make a dent in the human's forces even if it's temporary. 

 I turned back to the other's with crying Liberty in the ground. 

 Y/n: Alright you all heard Adam stay at the ready. Just so we're clear on our jobs I'll explain one last time. Trifa your in charge of restraining any possible human civilians aswell as operators . 

 Trifa: Got it you can consider it done. 

 Y/n: Yuma your on guard duty after talking care of those in Trifa's way . We'll need to know of any close by Atlas support forces.

 Yuma: *Smirks* Your the boss . 

 Y/n: Ilia your with me in joining up with Blake and Adam. If needed I'm leaving you with security management alright?

Ilia : You can count on me don't worry Y/n. 

 Y/n: Good alright everyone good luck and let's try to make it all back in one peace.

 Everyone: YES SIR!

 I kneeling down when I heard the cargo train beginning to come our way. I smiled before I adjusted my mask and grabbed Crying Liberty.

 Y/n:(Mind) Alright looks like it's time to party. 

 I stood up before I saw Adam's signal before we went on the move. 

 Y/n: Let's do this for the White Fang;for the freedom of the Faunas! 

 3rd person pov

 Y/n jumped down the hill with Trifa and Ilia following after. As Y/n and the others slide down they suddenly jumped off and onto the Train. Y/n smirked before slashing down a down a robotic guard atop the roof. Y/n put his weapon on his shoulder as he stared down Adam and Blake.

 Y/n: I guess that's one way to make our entrance known. 

 Y/n heard more robots appearing before they aimed their weapons at them. Adam got into a stance before Y/n followed suit.

 Adam: I guess it couldn't be helped. 

 Y/n*smirks* Heh saves us the trouble don't you think?!

 Y/n charged towards the robots before he slashed 4 down with Crying Liberty. As they robot's blew up Adam jumped over Y/n before cutting one in half. Adam twisted around Wilt and Blush's sheave before blowing off another's head. Y/n jumped towards Adam before thrusting his blade into a robot's chest. Y/n chuckled before throwing aside the robot then dodged a bullet from the other robots. Adam went infront of Y/n then deflected the rounds before Blake ran out from behind Y/n and shot them down.

 Adam: Don't forget your surroundings Y/n I can't be here to save you all the time.

 Y/n: Bold of ya to assume I needed help with that Bro.

 Blake: Maybe you guys should save all that until we're done with destroying them.

 Adam; Blake is right come on.

 Adam dodged the robot's bullets before he quickly closed the distance and cut off their arms. Ilia stabbed one through it's head while Y/n punched one through the roof using a strength boosting Semblance . As everyone fell to the ground Trifa ran past them as she used her webs to trap the human guards. Y/n followed Adam and the others through the train choosing to destroy any robots in their way. 

Y/n: Up ahead should be where they are keeping the weaponry. I'll take the explosives I'll leave the combat to the rest of you.  Yuma how are things looking in the sky huh?

Yuma flouted above with a  smirk before he spoke.

Yuma: The sky is all  clear and no group troops to speak of.

Y/n: Good how about on your end Trifa?

Trifa: Every human has been deal with just waiting for your orders Y/n.

Y/n: Alright then stop this train then.

After stopping the train and having finished dealing with the remaining mechs : the others left as they destroyed all the supplies. Y/n  grinned having completed the mission before he walked over towards the humans.

Y/n: Go on and tell the others at Atlas what we've done. 

Adam: This is the work of the White Fang: the ones who will bring salvation to the Faunas.

Y/n pov

After we returned back I sat out towards the forest looking into the moon lite sky with a smile.  When I laid on the ground I heard a familiar voice.

???: So this is where you ran off to. 

Y/n:  Peace like this.. It's what we're all fighting for. To see a world without the sight of others being reviled  just because of their heritage. It's a dream worth fighting for.. that i'll fight with my brother for. It's the only worthwhile cause in this world aside from family don't you agree Eve?

Eve:  Liberating our comrades is something I admire Adam for. As for family I wouldn't know aside from meeting you all I've never known what my other family members are like. Even so I'm only related by blood with you because of our father.

Y/n: it doesn't matter if your related by blood with me. In the end joining us made you family Eve. Just like with Blake your family we would never betray or abandon.

Eve: Speaking of Blake there is something I've always wanted to ask you about.

Y/n: Yeah what's up?

Eve: We both know how much you loved her Y/n so why? Why didn't you let her know instead of leaving her with Adam?

Y/n: It's because I love them both Eve. Adam has been through Hell for me and Blake was the only other person to ever show him love aside from me. Hell the only reason his face was scarred like it is was to protect me. If Blake loves him and Adam feels the same then who am I to take that away from him?

Eve: But why not think about your own heart Y/n? Even if you think she wouldn't have felt the same way you should've atleast tried your best to tell her. Keeping those feelings inside might end up hurting you one day.

Y/n: Maybe your right.. but as long as Adam has a chance to be happy  then I'll endure the pain: just like he did for me.

Eve laid next to me before she spoke once more.

Eve; Your too selfless sometimes Y/n, risking everything you have for everyone else will kill you one day.

Y/n: Then when that day comes i'll leave some seats on the other side open for the rest of you.

The two of us laid there for hours enjoying the night sky. I wished everything would remain this way. That I could live in peace with the others knowing I wasn't fighting for this cause  alone. In the end it all began to fade away like a dream. As a few months later Adam ,Blake and I were sent on a mission to derail a Atlas  train shipment. Everything seemed to go as planned but suddenly that all changed. As the trained  blew up I was throne off and into a nearby woods. When I awoke I hurried to find Adam and Blake but what I saw broke my heart. Blake ran holding her bloodied weapon  over Adam's body.

Y/n;ADAM NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3rd person pov

Y/n ran over to Adam who's stare was weak before the brother with a smile.

Adam:Y-Y/n...so your still alive? Heh atleast that c-can put me at e-ease. 

Y/n; ADAM PLEASE HANG ON I'LL CALL FOR BACK UP I PROMISE YOU'LL SURVIVE THIS.

Adam:  I..I never told you j-just how proud I am t-to have watched you.grow Y-Y/n. I-i've never held anything b-but admiration for you..b-brother.

Y/n: SHUT THE FUCK UP ADAM YOUR NOT GOING TO DIE HERE! YOU WOULD NEVER DIE IN A PLACE LIKE THIS SO STOP TALKING LIKE THAT!

Adam smiled at Y/n who held him in his arms as his blood left his body. With his final breath  Adam left his brother with his final message.

Adam: I know you will.....lead the Fang.. back on the right path..Y/n.

As tears began to fall from his face Y/n lightly shook Adam who closed his eyes.

Y/n:... Adam?

Adam:.....

Y/n: ADAM!!!!!!!!!!

As Adam laid silently Y/n felt  a wave of sorrow wash over him as he held Adam close before  he continued to scream out in agony.  Adam was Y/n's beacon of  hope and also the one he held the most respect for. But now that beacon was turned to ruin as Y/n brought back Adam's body. a few days later Y/n  stood over Adam's grave holding onto his brother's mask.

Y/n:(mind) Blake..did this to him..to us. He loved her and saved her at her worst and this...THIS IS HOW SHE REPAID HIM?!?!  SHE CAST ASIDE HER OWN KIND OVER A CAUSE NO ONE FUCKING KNOWS!!  I SWEAR ON HIS NAME I 'LL MAKE HER PAY WITH HER OWN DAMN BLOOD!  I'LL SHOW HER ADAM WILL NEVER BE A MEMORY: THAT HE WILL NEVER DIE!!!!

Y/n clenched his fist as he walked off seeing Eve standing by a group of soldiers as Y/n placed Adam's mask on. Eve placed her own mask on then spoke to Y/n as she saw the fire in his eyes.

Eve:What are you going to do now Y/n?

Y/n: We hunt down the traitor... Blake Belladonna. If she truly thinks she killed Adam then i'll show her the nightmare of how wrong she is. Now matter what I will avenge Adam and let him rest in peace!
