Cat's eyes were even wider and tears streamed down her face.

"I made sure every guy you went out with knew that. I protected you from John. When he was mad at you, I took the blame." Killer Jack coughed up more blood.

Killer Jack's eyes began to close. He took one more breath before saying; "I love you, Cat. Your the best sister anyone could ever ask for. I love you, sis. I really love you..."

His eyes closed for the last time. He went limp against Cat. Cat's mouth was open. Killer Jack's body fell backwards. I saw that Cat's knife was in his stomach. Cat fell to her knees next to Killer Jack's dead body. She looked down at him. She lifted her head and screamed up at the sky. Tears streamed down her face, thicker then before. No one moved. Cat's body shook. She took a deep breath and screamed louder.

"Why aren't you guys going out there to comfort her?" I asked, turned to face Jeff, Jack, LJ, Toby, Jake, Hoodie, and Masky.

They didn't answer. I turned to go to Cat, but a hand grabbed my wrist. The scene before me disappeared. I was in the clearing where the battle had taken place.

"KATIE!"

I turned to see Nick and Ash running towards me. I looked around. We were the only campers who survived, just the three of us. There was another scream. I turned and followed the scream, Nick and Ash behind me. I ran to the area the cabins were in and stopped. Nick and Ash stopped on either side of me. Cat's body was shaking really hard. Jack was hugging her from behind. A boy with stitches all over his face and wearing a scarf had his head against Cat's left shoulder. An elf wearing a Link costume had his head against her other shoulder.

That night, I sat on my bed. Nick, Ash, and I had been moved into one cabin because we were the only campers who survived the attack.

"I shouldn't be here." I said.

Ash and Nick both looked up at me.

"What do you mean?" Ash asked.

"I couldn't kill Killer Jack. Cat had to save me. I couldn't even touch him."

"Be glad you only got scratches." Nick said.

"I couldn't kill him or touch him. If I had wounded him or something, Cat could've killed him faster."

"I don't think she wanted to kill him, Katie." Ash said.

"If she meant to, she wouldn't have been crying." Nick added.

"Still, I shouldn't be here."

Ash got up and sat next to me.

"None of the campers should be dead." He said.

Nick sighed and sat on his bed.

"PHANTOM! YOUR HERE!" Someone cried.

The three of us ran out the door to see Cat hugging a black haired boy who had fiery orange eyes.

He laughed and hugged her tightly.

"Good to see you, babe."

"Whose that?" Ash asked.

"That's Phantom, aka Sam Hunter." A voice said from behind us.

I looked over my shoulder to see Lost Silver.

"Who?" I asked.

"Sam Hunter. Jake's half brother."

Cat and Sam pulled away from each other as the others ran over. Jake walked over the Sam and they fist bumped.
