The Cape growled as the dart hit his arm. 

He quickly pulled it out. 

"Armor piercing darts. Goodnight, Cape." Jason smirked. 

Cape tried to swing at Jason before falling unconscious to the ground.

Dick groaned as he came to. 

He was in the Watchtower's Medbay. 

"What happened?" Richard asked, looking around. 

All the missing heroes were in their own beds with him too. 

"Hey! They found you!" Richard smiled brightly. 

"Yeah, they also found the Cape." Tim said, walking into the Medbay. 

"Who was it? I'm ganna give him a piece of my mind." Supergirl was upset. 

"It's a long story, apparently. But, it was Nightwing! Just not our Nightwing." Tim explained. 

"Wait, what?" Dick asked. 

"It was you from an alternative universe. There, you're called Renegade. Used to work for Deathstroke. Apparently, Deathstroke had you as an apprentice and kept you in line with nanobots in certain heroes. Being doused with fear gas brought that fear back to life. Renegade didn't know how to get back to his universe, but decided that he had to protect everyone he could." Tim explained. 

"By kidnapping us and keeping us in cells?" Vixen asked. 

"Well, he has been with Deathstroke the last few years, so I can't imagine that's helped his psyche." Tim said.

"What's going to happen to him?" Dick asked, this conversation bring up old memories. 

"We had to send him back to his universe, but Batsy gave him a new outfit and a couple of weapons. He's official on the run from Deathstroke, but Batman told him to go get help from his heroes. Also cured the fear toxin for him." Tim told them. 

 "That only leaves a few questions left." Batman said, turning to Nightwing. 

"Why do you have a warehouse with a hidden basement?" Batman asked. 

"I bought it after a case in Bludhaven with human traffickers. I was going to turn it into a dojo or something to help people in Bludhaven learn self-defense. Employ a few people to teach them when I get too busy with crime fighting." Nightwing shrugged. 

"How did you not know that Renegade was using the warehouse?" Batman also asked.

"I don't have it set up with a security system yet and I don't visit it everyday. The security system set-up was going to be this weekend, but I might have to wait on that." Dick winced at he tried to get up, but his hurting ribs prevented him. 

"How did Renegade get here though?" Stargirl asked. 

"A magician's spell went astray. It was meant for Deathstroke, but hit Renegade instead. This was a one-time trip for Renegade." Batman tied up the loose end. 

"Rest up, guys. Well, some of you." Jason said, glaring at Dick, who was currently trying to get out of the bed. 

Richard smirked, a bit embarrassed, "Just needed to move!" He lied. 

"Right." Jason was not amused.
