My overview:

Well I derped in my Warning card overview. I forgot the Power and Shield, so consider that a "pilot" and the proper version will start with Blaster Blade. Anyways, I think this card is pretty balanced, and great Overlord support. Heck, you could ride into grade 1 or 2 to stop your opponent into striding. Not to mention how it can give +20000 Power and +1 Critical and 2 awesome effects to a "Overlord" unit. And it doesn't have to be a ride, it says placed on vanguard circle, so you can use this with stride aswell. The only problem is that you need 1 copy of him in hand, and alot of countercharged damage. They are choices, and if you ride into Dragonic Overlord, you'll attack for 31k, and using his counterblast to ride, you could (if there is another Dragonic Overlord in soul) ride into it, and use his counterblast when cards like Bellocosity Dragon's attack hits to countercharge. So the main problem is it's to counterblast heavy and you need to soulblast to use the ride effect, and eventually you'll either run out of counterblasts, or soul to ride into. So this card is great, and I think it's pretty balanced out. Tell me what you guys think and if you enjoyed,
