Shika laughed at them and showed the deck.
"G Spikes?" Yza said. "Who gave you them?"
"Kaiko," Shika replied.
"This seems shady to me..." Rukia said.
"Eh, he got an upgrade. Now lets fight!" Yza grinned.

"You get to fight? Dude, you just did, its time for me to get some action in!!" Rukia exclaimed.
"Yeah, but I want to be the first to crush his deck!" Yza replied.
"Crushing his deck first isn't important!" Rukia exclaimed back. "You gotta be fair to me!"
"Aw don't give me that crap!" Yza exclaimed back at her again.
"Arguing like an old married couple..." Shika sighed.
"WE ARE NOT A MARRIED COUPLE!!" Yza and Rukia shouted at Shika.
"Jeez, calm down! Rukia persuade Yza with your body if you want any chance..." Shika yawned.
"I'm not a pervert!" Yza exclaimed.
"No thank you! Thats a horrible idea and you know it..." Rukia exclaimed.
"Have a game of vanguard?" Shika asked.
"Thats gonna take another good 25 minutes!" Yza said.
"Rock, paper, scissors?" Shika suggested.
"Sure, I'm game." Rukia smiled.
"Best outta 3, deal?" Yza asked.
"Sure." She smiled again.
"Ready set, go!" Shika said.
"Rock paper scissors!" Yza and Rukia exclaimed.
"Scissors!" Yza said.
"Rock!" Rukia shouted.
"Shit!" Yza cried.
"Second round, ready set, go!" Shika exclaimed.
"Rock paper scissors!" They exclaimed.
"Paper!" Yza exclaimed.

"What in the?!" Yza said.
"Best outta 3, so I win~ Your really predictable Yza, ya know that?" Rukia said happily.
"The blonde strikes down the black quickly..." Shika sweatdropped.
"Are you trying to be racist now, calling me black?!" Yza exclaimed.
"Oh hell no! 'Cause aint nobody got time for that!" Shika replied as he set up.
"Ah, lets just play already!" Rukia exclaimed.
"Calm your tits! Wait, I need to shuffle!" Shika said.
"Shuffle my ass..." Rukia mumbled.
"This is where Yza comes in to save the day!" Shika exclaimed as Yza backhanded him on the face.
"Just shut up and play." Yza said seriously.
"I'm gonna fear on you guys!" Shika said.
"Fear?" Yza and Rukia asked.
"F.E.A.R, fuck everything and run." Shika said as he started to run away as Rukia kicked him in the ballsack.
"Nope... I've been waiting over 9000 years to play, so get standing or I'll do more destruction to your children!"
"My kiwis! Who knew Rukia had a murdering side to her!" Shika cried as he dropped to the floor.
"Fiesty!" Yza said.
"Just the way you like her..." Shika said in pain. Yza took a long wooden bat out and smirked sadistically.
"Maybe you should stop with those jokes..." He cackled evilly as he shoved the bat into his ass.
"YOU PIECE OF SHIIIIIITTTTTTT!!!!!" Shika cried out in pain.

"Have you learnt your lesson?~" Yza asked.
"Yes! To never mess with you two..." He cried. "Just please... Vanguard!"
"Alright, now!" Rukia said placing two fingers on her starting vanguard.
"Stand up vanguard!!" They exclaimed.
"Dreaming Jewel Knight, Tiffany!" Rukia exclaimed as her vanguard circle expanded light blue.
"Mecha Trainer!" Shika said in pain as his vanguard circle expanded dark green.

Mecha Trainer appeared on a rugby stadium, opposite to a young girl with long white hair, and wearing silver and blue armour, holding a gigantic sword.

"I'll take the first move! Stand and draw! I ride Jewel Knight, Melmy and pull back Tiffany! And I end." Rukia said.

"No guard!" Rukia replied.

"Damage check! (Pure Wind Jewel Knight, Kymbelinus) No trigger..." Rukia sighed.
"Turn end." Shika smirked.

"Damage check... (Frog Raider) No trigger there," Shika said.
"Turn end. Bartram's skill, draw a card, shuffling him back." Rukia said.

"No guard," Rukia said with confidence.
"Trigger check! (Silence Joker) Sweet, a crit! Truly silence them, all effects to vanguard! (16000 > 21000/1★ > 2★)" Shika smirked.
"Damage checks! The first, (Fearless Jewel Knight, Julia) and the second! (Heat Wind Jewel Knight, Cymbeline)" Rukia said.
"3 to 1, everything looking in my favour~" Shika smirked. "End."

"Stand and draw! Lead us to the future with the power of friendship! I ride my avatar, Pure Heart Jewel Knight, Ashlei!" Rukia exclaimed as her vanguard circle expanded blue.

The knight with long silver hair and blue and silvet armour with a rapier-esk weapon was being engulfed by a glowing blue light. Arising from the light was a women, she wore white, gold and blue armour, and she had long blonde hair. In her right hand was a blue sword and her left was a gold shield. She was Ashlei.

"Call, Swordmy, skill, counterblast and call Christine, skill, counterblast and revealing Yvain, calling a Salome. With a boost from Christine, Swordmy attacks! (9000 > 16000)" Rukia smirked.
"Superior call, superior call, superior call... Is this all you can really do? Guard with Silence Joker! (9000 > 19000)" Shika said.
"Speciality of the Royal Paladins! With a boost, Ashlei attacks! (11000 > 16000) And her skill adds another 2000!! (16000 > 18000)" Rukia exclaimed.
"No guard!" Shika exclaimed back.
"Twin drive! First! (Summoning Jewel Knight, Gloria) And the second! (Jewel Knight, Glitmy) Alright, a stand! Power to Swordmy and standing her! (9000 > 14000, [^])" Rukia smirked.
"Graaagh! Damage check! (Exceptional Expertise, Rising Nova) No trigger." Shika groaned.
"Now Swordmy attacks again! (14000)" Rukia declared.
"No guard! (Moodmaker Nyanrook) OH MY GOD THAT CARDS ART!!!" Shika started to fanboy.
"Do you have a liking for cats or something...?" Yza asked.
"No... BUT ITS SO KAWAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!" Shika exclaimed with drool coming out of his mouth and sparkles in his eyes. Yza sweatdropped at the sight.
"Can we get back to the match?" Rukia asked.
"Can you stop drooling?" Yza asked.
"Can you guys stop being asses and let me enjoy my new found pet!" Shika whined.
"Pet?" Yza sweatdropped further.
"...Get back to the game or I slit your throat..." Rukia snapped in anger. Shika dropped the card and straightened up.
"SORRY MA'AM!!" He apologised.
"I forgot Rukia could be scary..." Yza mumbled.
"Good boy. Now Salome swings in! (11000)" Rukia said.
"Here she goes again with the motherly sayings... I sometimes feel like a child around you guys..." Shika said. "No guard! (Cheerful Lynx) Draw! Power to vanguard and draw! (9000 > 14000)"
"C-child?!" Rukia exclaimed.
"Yeah. Like your the mother and Yza's the father." Shika said then he was prickled with the realisation of what he accidently said.
"Ok, shipping us was barely crossing the line, BUT TO NOW CALL US PARENTS?!" Yza exclaimed.
"It was unententional, I swear!!" Shika quivered as Yza slammed his fist against his palm in anger.
"It better be... Because for the 9001st time... WE AREN'T A COUPLE!!!" Yza exclaimed as it echoed through the hall.

"Alright, its my turn!" Shika smirked. "Explode onto the field and jukem, here comes the ace of the team, Exceptional Expertise, Rising Nova! I ride my avatar!!" The vanguard circle expanded dark green.

The ogre with a helmet on flashed green as his body became dust, then recollected into a lareg figure as another ogre with peach skin appeared. He had long shaggy silver-whiteish hair, and two purple horns poking out top, blue eyes and a purple chestplate with light green highlights.

"This is your new avatar eh?" Yza said as he glanced at the card. "So it gives the strided unit a new skill and its GB2 allows you to superior call for a soulcharge from hand..."
"Liberating the Generation Zone! Generation Stride! Great Villainess, Dhampir Lily! Stride skill, giving the vanguard a new skill. Call, Frog Raider and Heave Wheeze! Heave Wheeze becomes charging!" Shika said.
"Charging?" Rukia asked.
"Spike Brother's skill, when a unit is placed on rear-guard, it can become charging until end of turn. At the end of the battle that it was in a battle, I send it back to the deck. Wheeze's Charging gives it an added 10000 power! (9000 > 19000)" Shika said.
"A 19k beater by itself!" Rukia exclaimed in shock.
"Then I call Misery and Nyanrook-sama!" Shika said.
"Nyanrook-sama?" Yza questioned. "And I thought Maxios was strange giving Flatbau a honorific... Flatbau-chan..." Yza mumbled as he shivered.
"Nyanrook-sama deserves a honorific, so deal with it! He becomes charging aswell! And with its skill, he gets an additional 4000 power and new skill! (7000 > 11000) Next, with a boost from Raider, Wheeze goes in! (19000 > 26000)" Shika smirked.
"26000?! Guard with Glitmy and Polli! (11000 > 31000)" Rukia said in deseparation.
"Heave Wheeze goes to the bottom of the deck. Then with a boost, Misery attacks! (9000 > 20000) Skill, counterblast and placing a card from hand into the soul, superior call Bulldozer Dobe to rear-guard, and charging him! He gets 5k from Misery, and his charge skill, 10000 added power! (11000 > 16000 > 26000) Then Frog Raider's skill activates, standing him!" Shika exclaimed.
"No guard... Damage check! (Jewel Knight, Sacred Unicorn) Draw! Power to vanguard and draw! (11000 > 16000)" Rukia said.
"Then, Nyanrook-sama goes to the deck and power is added to Dobe! (26000 > 30000) Then with a boost, Dobe goes in! (30000 > 37000)" Shika exclaimed.
"THATS STRONGER THEN HIS G-UNIT!!!" Yza blurted out.
"Wow, 37k? No guard... (Ardent Jewel Knight, Polli) Heal! Power to vanguard and heal! (16000 > 21000)" Rukia sighed.
"Bulldozer gets sent back and my vanguard goes in! (26000 > 33000) Skill, counterblast, sending a card from hand to soul, superior call Dobe and an added 5000 is going to him, plus charge! (11000 > 21000 > 26000) And Frog Raider, stands!" Shika declared.
"Quintet Wall with Gloria! Counterblast and call to guardian circle! (Straight Jewel Knight, Bartram Pathetic Jewel Knight, Olwen, Fearless Jewel Knight, Julia, Dogmatize Jewel Knight, Sybil, Linking Jewel Knight, Tilda) Nice! (21000 > 46000)" Rukia said.
"Triple triggers? I'll take my chances. Triple drive! (Liar Lips) Critical! All effects to vanguard," Shika smirked as he pulled one trigger. (33000 > 36000/1★ > 2★) "Second! (Cheerful Lynx) Yes, a draw! Power to vanguard and draw! (36000 > 41000)" Shika smirked further.
"One trigger and its game for her." Yza said.
"Last check..." Shika smirked wildly as he took the top card and revealed it. (Axe Diver) "Aw man, no triggers... A crit wasted. Oh well, Dobe can swing for 26 plus 7! (26000 > 33000)"
"Guard with Christine and Sabremy! (21000 > 31000) And intercept with Swordmy! (31000 > 36000)" Rukia said in desperation.
"Wow, you managed to survive the slaughter. Dobe to the bottom and end." Shika said surprised.
"He uses this deck very well..." Yza thought as he examined Shika's playing style. "Although he wasted his hand for his combos..."

"Stand and draw!" Rukia said. "What do I do? Shall I rush him or should I play it safe?... Hm, so many choices... I think I'll go for a Salome Break Ride..." "Its time to surpass the limits and go further! I ride, Leading Jewel Knight, Salome!! BREAK RIDE!!" Rukia exclaimed as her vanguard circle expanded blue and a spinning blue vanguard circle appeared above the card and the four damage zone cards glowed white.
"Break... Ride?" Yza questioned.
"Its a skill where when a unit rides on a certain unit and Limit Break is active, the card will get a new power up of some sort." Shika explained.

Ashlei became a knight with long blonde-brown hair and wore silver armour with blue jewels on it, and had a brown staff in her left hand and a silver handled sword with a light blue blade.

"Break ride skill adds 10000 power and an extra critical! (10000 > 20000/1★ > 2★) Then, I activate Salome's especial counterblast! Counterblasting all 4 of my damage, superior call Altgaro and Shellie! Then I call Bartram." Rukia said as she was pushed to one card in hand.
"Your hand advantage is low but your field presence is impressive. If I remember correctly, you have Yvain." Shika anaylsed. Rukia held the card tighter.
"You'll see. With a boost from Bartram, Altgaro goes in! (9000 > 13000)" She declared.

Altgaro rushed in, he had his sword in hand and swiftly hit his opponent.

"No guard, damage check. (Wink-killer Misery) No trigger..." Shika said.
"Alright, Altgaro's on hit skill, soublast and call Cymbeline to rear-guard. His skill, rest him and add 10000 power to vanguard! (20000 > 30000)" Rukia said.
"Gimme your best shot then," Shika said.
"Oh I will! Salome swings in!! (30000 > 35000, 2★) I activate her LIMIT BREAK!!!" Rukia declared. The vanguard circle that span ontop was blue, and the four damage cards shone a bright white. "2000 added power, and extra critical! (35000 > 37000, 2★ > 3★)"
"No way, 3 crits?!" Yza exclaimed in shock.
"No way is that gonna happen... Liberating the Generation Zone!!" Shika said. "This is punishment for shoving my perfect guard into my soul..."
"Hey there buddy, don't stride on my turn!!" Rukia exclaimed.
"Hear me out! Throw the cheerleader onto the battlefield and save my bacon, Generation guard!!" Shika exclaimed.
"Generation guard?" Yza questioned.
"Its a 15k shield that can be called to rear-guard by dropping a heal..." Shika explained. "Excellent Cheer Leader, Aery!"

A cheerleader with long white hair and brown eyes with two yellow pom poms in each of her hands appeared infront of Rising Nova as Salome was going to attack him.

"My G guardian's skill, since I have three or less rear-guards, an added 5000 shield! (11000 > 26000 > 31000)" Shika smirked.
"Your 10k short buddy." Yza said.
"Then I'll throw in Liar Lips and give myself a 1 card hand like Rukia." Shika said. (31000 > 41000)
"One trigger pass? Lets take the odds. Twin Drive! (Flashing Jewel Knight, Iseult, Sprout Jewel Knight, Camille) No way..." Rukia said in dissapointment.
"Woah, 2 grade 3s and a perfect guard? You wont be able to guard my assualt next turn!" Shika giggled.
"Quiet you! Shellie attacks Misery for 7, her skill adds another 3! (7000 > 10000)" Rukia said.
"Misery can go." Shika replied.
"Turn end..." Rukia said dissapointed. "Skill of Bartram, returning him and draw a card."

"Stand and watch me top deck a grade 3!" Shika said as he pulled the top card. "Sweeeeeet!" He smirked as he dropped Acrobat Verdi. "Liberating the Generation Zone!! Cheating when the referee isn't looking, hurting those around him just to win, Generation Stride!! Great Villain, Dirty Picaro! Stride skill, giving Picaro a new skill! Then Picaro attacks (26000 > 33000)!! His skill! Counterblast 2 and unflip a Aery and slapping a Diver into soul, for each face up G Unit in my G Zone, search my deck for a rear-guard and superior call! I have a grand total of 3, so I can call 3 cards! Call, Dobe, Diver and Nyanrook-sama, and they all charge! (11000 > 21000) (7000 > 11000) Then Diver's skill, counterblast and soulblast, Dobe bind, and call, adding him and Dobe 5000 power and charge him once more! (9000 > 14000) (11000 > 21000 > 26000)" Shika exclaimed as he explained.
"Perfect guard!!" Rukia exclaimed.
"Triple drive! (Silent Joker, Moodmaker Nyanrook, Kiss-mark, Alma) Critical! Effects to Dobe! (26000 > 31000/1★ > 2★) Then with a boost from Nyanrook-sama, punch a hole in their leader, Axe Diver attacks!! (14000 > 25000)"

"Let me axe you a question..." Axe Diver said as he rushed to Salome.

"25000?!" Rukia exclaimed. "No guard! (Flashing Jewel Knight, Isuelt) No trigger..."
"Keh, Nyanrook-sama's skill, back to the deck and Dobe gets an added 4000 power! (31000 > 35000) So with a boost from Raider, Dobe attacks!! (35000 > 42000, 2★)" Shika cackled.
"That cackle... Maybe he's the Яeverse traitor? Nah, Shika acts this way? Right?" Yza thought.
"I-I can't guard... Damage check! (Leading Jewel Knight, Salome, Security Jewel Knight, Alwain) No triggers... You win." Rukia smiled at him.
"Whoohoo, first win with my deck!!" Shika cheered.
"That was sick!!" Yza said in awe. "When we get back to my place, want a match Shika?"
"Sure, I'll make sure to win!" Shika laughed.

Later that same day, Izo was walking down the dimly lit streets as the sky was a dark but light blue. He gazed as the floor heading to his place, cold breath coming out of his mouth as a solemn shadow followed him quietly. Jumping from place to place, holding the handle of his weapon tightly, staring at Izo's every move and step like a stalker. Jumping from his hiding spot was...

Zeon.

Izo stopped and turned round, brown eyes meeting his purple.
"Hello there... You must be Zeon Ishima." Izo said.
"Yes, and you must be Izo Hiiro." Zeon said. "An honour to meet you."
"Cut the crap and start 'xplaning already." Izo gave a cold glare.
"I just wanted to talk to you." Zeon replied.
"What is it?" Izo asked.
"Not here. In the alleyway. Its something more private of the matter." Zeon said trying to hide a smirk.
"This seems fishy to me... I'll go along with it... It might hold some information." Izo thought. "Fine. Lets go."

In a dark alleyway, Zeon stared Izo in the face as Izo spoke up.
"So, what is it that you wanted to tell me?" He asked. Zeon held the handle of his katana tightly, then suddenly drew it and took a stance.
"Say your final prayers Izo Hiiro!" He cackled.
"What the hell?!" Izo exclaimed as he looked at the blade. Zeon bit his thumb to make it bleed and spread it on the sword.
"Ishima Technique, Triplet Cutlass!" He said as the katana became cloaked in purple and split into three blades. Izo looked at the blade and dashed it, trying to run past Zeon, but he threw the katana to his left hand, and grabbed Izo's neck with his right and lifted him off the ground. Red marks appeared under Zeon's eyes as his iris became small and showed a sense of a cold hearted maniac inside of him. Izo's eyes opened wide in fear and shock, his iris' shrinking from pure fear as he trembled.
"Your the bastard Яeverse spy!!" Izo trembled as he spat out that. He tried to get out of the choke Zeon held him in.
"Don't struggle... Because the pain will only get worse!!" He cackled, a sick twisted maniacal laugh came from his mouth. "It is true... I work for the Яeverse, but I'm not a spy!"
"Piece of crap, your friends!! Gaaahk!!" Izo choked as he couldn't breath.
"My "friends" are merely toys to me. Some are so gullible, its funny!" Zeon laughed as he pushed Izo onto a wall, releasing his grip slowly but surely, torturing Izo. "Oh, by the way, Яeverse members have enhanced speed and strength, making a 14 year old like me, easy to beat up a 17 year old man like you. I heard you've been researching about us." Zeon dropped Izo to the ground as he weakly got up.
"Yeah, how did you know?" Izo coughed.
"I've been stalking you. Ever since you came close to the truth." Zeon said. "The boss says you might be trouble in  the future, so he ordered me to kill you." He laughed sadistically.
"Your one twisted person... Ya know that-" Izo said as Zeon's katana's blade was swung to his neck, barely scraping it.
"Just shut up and let me kill you..." Zeon hissed as he laughed his same twisted laugh after.
"No way I'm gonna let that happen..." Izo said as he tried to run away, but he felt a sharp feeling slice through his stomach. "What the..." He mumbled as he looked down. Zeon stabbed him in the stomach as his intestines bubbled out.
"You... You stabbed me..." Izo breathed out as Zeon pushed the blade deeper, Izo felt a intense pain and screamed loudly, as Zeon then put his hand over Izo's mouth, blood coming out of it and running down Zeon's hand. He slipped his thumb into Izo's bleeding mouth and let it run down it.
"Quiet now Izo... I want to make this as quick and as painless as possible for you..." Zeon licked his lips and stabbed the middle blade into his heart, it pierced through his skin and muscle, ribcage and slashed his heart right open.
"GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!" Izo cried out in pain as more blood came from his mouth, Zeon cackling and letting it run down his thumb and hand. A red bloody mess was coming out of him, 2 blades were shoved in sensitive spots and tears flowed from his eyes as his inside pieces splattered out and were ripped to shreds. Blood ran out of him quickly as Zeon took of his hand and Izo was barely living, breathing and talking.
"What... What the fuck are you doing to me?!" He coughed blood out.
"Killing you!" Zeon laughed sadistically.
"Piece... Of... Shit... Atleast... Tell... Me... Who... Your... Master... Is..." Izo breathed in pain as then Zeon suddenly took away his thumb, shoved the last blade into his mouth, shoving it down his throat and gagging as he tried to speak and his mouth, tongue and roof were being slashed up and bleeding heavily.
"Thats confidential and you don't need to know." Zeon smirked as he digged the sword's blade extremely deep into him, that it was appearing on the other side of his body. Izo could feel death come upon him as he shed his final tears...

And died.

Zeon pulled out the sword and laughed maniacally, so evil and twisted, so sadistic and messed up. He took Izo's FiCa and broke the top piece. It revealed a blood red gem, and Izo's blood was being sucked up by the gem.

After it was sucked up, Izo's corpse was left there to rot and Zeon had no proof of murder on him as the blood was sucked off. He bit his thumb again and spread the blood on his katana to make it turn normal and his  eyes reverted back to its normal self and the marks dissapeared.
"Izo Hiiro... Ancient Flame user. One is down. Two more to go." Izo said as he walked away from the murder scene.
