"What?!" Dawnstar exclaimed "Shadowclan backed down when they were doing good?!" "Remember, my sister was  the leader of the patrol" Riverclaw was shifting his paws in front of Dawnstar in her den with Hawkfeather and Leapelt they had sent their apprentices to get healed before them. "I'm still surprised. It's Shadowclan " a yowl came from somewhere "get off of me you clan cat I have nothing to do with you!" Warriors came out of their den along with apprentices "what was that?" Foxpaw looked at her brother, Waterpaw "it's not from the clans odviosly" Waterpaw answered " get off of my mother!!!" "Riverclaw, take your apprentice and Ripplecloud and see what this is about" Dawnstar said pointing her tail toward the noise Riverclaw looked around as Sunnypaw and Ripplecloud ran towards him "let's go" Riverclaw said what was that noise? Sunnypaw thought. As they padded through the forest the scent of Shadowclan got stronger and the yowling and yelps got easier to understand. There was a long silence but still the sound of slashing claws. The cats pushed through some bushes and then reached the borders of Shadowclan. "Hazelpelt, Robinfeather, Stoneclaw what's going on?" Sunnypaw quickly realized the three Shadowclan warriors standing there there was also a light gray she-cat laying on the ground there was blood on the grass in front of her. Behind her was a pure black tom and two apprentice age cats the one on the left of him there was a dark gray tom with a puffy tail on the right of him was a dark blue she-cat her fur was ruffled as if it had just rained "mm more clan cats dad?" Said the one on the right "who are these cats I don't recognize them" Ripplecloud asked Hazelpelt "they're a loner family that decided to trespass!" Hazelpelt snarled "they probably didn't mean to" "we didn't!" Yelled the one on the left "Feather you stay out of this your only seven moons!" "I want to help!" Feather argued Stoneclaw stiked a claw at the gray one "mist!" The father attacked Stoneclaw "Stop attacking my mate and kits!!!!!" "Shadowclan stop!" Ripplecloud shouted "they are on our territory Ripplecloud!" Robinfeather argued "They. Didn't. Mean. To" Ripplecloud growled . The smaller she-cat scampered away Hazelpelt leaped  but Ripplecloud blocked her"don't you try." He growled "let them go!" Sunnypaw squealed at that moment the regretted her  decision. Mist weakly got up. The father exclaimed "Jay come here!" Jay stopped, turned around and came back. A light gray head came out of the bush "Spiritstar is gonna have a clan meeting he wants you" Hazelpelt sighed "Thank you" she flicked her tail " Robinfeather, Stoneclaw come on" the patrol went with the apprentice. "I'll fetch Moonleaf, Sunnypaw come with me" Ripplecloud said breaking the silence Sunnypaw went with her father to camp.
"We need Moonleaf!" Sunnypaw said as it echoed around camp. Moonleaf came out of her den "what is it Sunnypaw?" "Loner family's hurt, two cats 7 moons two warriors."  ran to her den and came out with herbs, Icepaw by her side. "Lead the way, Ripplecloud" she said already running. Leapelt called out "Sunnypaw!" Sunnypaw stopped and turned around "stay here you've been through enough." She dropped her head. "Get some fresh-kill with your brother and settle down." She headed for the elders den Rainpaw was cleaning it out. "Rainpaw?" He looked at her and so did Silverfoot. "Leapelt said you can take a break and have some fresh-kill" he dipped his head "ok"
