But starting now a brand new life

Catra stood on the roof of her castle next to her sister. She had thought over everything that had happened over the last couple of days and she didn't know what to do or how to react. She thought of asking her father,but the jury was out on that one. She believed in what her father  had told her,she believed that Hordak would take advantage of her mother and she believed that without the influence of Hordak,her mother would have survived and lived to be an amazing queen and mother.

"Caya,where do we go",Catra asked her sister who was sitting down to listening to music,the song that was blear through her headphones was all too relatable. She sat down next to her sister as Caya passed her one of the wireless headphones. "Where do we go? That's a tough question. We either stay here with someone who might not be our father-." "No,he's definitely our dad,Hordak lies about everything to everyone in a means to get what he wants."

And I ask myself

Where do I go from here?

Caya nodded, "That could very well be true. I like the dad we have here and I don't want to think of him as anything less." Catra nodded and leaned on her sisters shoulder and listened to the song.

I'm scared about a million things

I don't know what the future brings

"This song is too relatable", Catra said breaking the silence. "Yup,you know the person who made it lives in here and goes to the school I've been begging dad to let me go to." Catra raised an eyebrow, "the hell's school' sounds like prison." Caya laughed and said she sounded a lot like the kids she would hang out with.

The sound of a trap door swinging open and footsteps coming up behind them would have started them but it was their father. He draped his cloak over their shoulders and held them close. "I'm sorry I couldn't save you in time before he hurt you the way he did." The twins held their dad in a death grip and returned their affection with his own.

He gave each of them a small box,patted their heads and told them not to stay out here too long. "Hey dad,can Catra and I please attend school when it starts please?" Kallen thought for a moment before nodded.

My life will never be the same

The twins walked trough the streets of Cetreon,their home was calm and tranquil,they were greeted with warm smiles and kind words. It wasn't long before they ran into their friends Glimmer,Bow and Adora.

"Hey,we heard about what happened and we wanted to see if you were alright." Adora stood rubbed her arm. "We're fine,just hungry and very curious." Glimmer shot Catra a confused look, "about what?"

Can someone ease my sorrow?

After a small trip to the corner store and a music box late they were sitting on a roof eating chips,laughing and listening to music. Catra stared off into the sunset and smiled at her friends goofy behavior and how flustered they were while playing stupid games and sharing weird stories.

"Hey Catra,how are you." Adora sat next to the distracted cat girl, "huh,oh yeah. I'm good." Their conversation had reminded them of their time together back at the FrightZone,their conversation went on for what felt like hours,the sun had gone down a while a go. The sky was peppered with bright stars and the sound of laughter and slight gossip about random things. Catra and Adora laid back on the cold stone roof,things have so peaceful. How long would it last.

"Hey,Catra,I was wondering. If I had feelings for a girl,and you and I after currently close friends with her,and she,maybe,will be your stepsister",Catra choked on her chips and cold water spilled from her nose. The others interest had been peeked and thus went to see what the drama was about. "Sis,are you alright",they patted her back and gave her a towel to whip her nose. "YOU-" she looked around at the trio then back Adora,a wicked smirk formed on her lips. "You know,Glimmer,I've got a friend and I may or may not know that they have feelings for you." Glimmer's face lit up all the while Adora was staring at her with pure anger.

"I'm gonna go get more food,see ya." Catra jumped down for the building onto another,until she reached the bottom. She pulled out the music player Caya gave to her a few hours before and continued to listen to the song.

But I don't know which path I got to chose

While Catra was walking,a little girl walked up to her and offered her a flower, "aww,thank you sweetie." Catra placed the flower in her dark brown and scarlet tipped hair,since the battle she and Caya's hair had changed slightly. No matter how much they had tried,the color and flow of their hair would remain. On her way to the store she had run into D,he was back on duty but his hands were still injured. "Hello princess,how are you?" "I'm good,just going to get some food for the gang and I."

"Thanks D,see you!" Catra shouted with an apple lodged in her mouth and variety of items in her arms,on her way back she  noticed people had gathered in the center if the town watching something,upon looking closer they were watching Caya. Pushing past baffled citizens,she was confused on why they were so fixated on her sister,as she made it to the font of the crowd she quickly understood. Caya was bending water into magnificent images,she rose her hands in the air and manipulated the water to take the form of people and made them dance with the citizens. "Catra,show them your power."

Catra stood dumbfounded and looked around at her people dancing with the water figures,laughing and smiling around the fire. Taking a deep breath,she rose her hands and forced the fire to rise and surround the townsfolk,being extra careful,she forced the fire back to surround her and swirled around her body and then forged a giant phoenix. The crowd gasped and clapped at the twins and begged for more. Giving the people what they wanted they recalled the elements and swirled them around each other then shit them into the sky like fireworks,of course bending the fire back to the pit to prevent problems.

And I ask myself

where do I from here(where do I go from here)

The crowd went wild,praising the twins and calling them 'The Guardians Of Cetrion', and praising them and thanking them for all they had done. During the chaos,the twins slipped through the crowd and ran into the streets,the few who had seen the performance began clapping and cheering,Caya grabs her sister and sprints into an ally to escape the noise.

The twins made their back to their little pad on the rooftop and found it empty, "Where'd the guys go?" Caya looked at her sister and paused to think for a while, "Oh! Adora and Glimmer went back to Brightmoon,I don't know what you r did but Adora was so flustered she couldn't even speak,and Bow went home to his dads."

And all the friends I had before

Will they last forever more?

Catra sat on the edge of the roof and sighed,Caya followed her sisters actions and handed her an apple. "Adora told me to tell you that when she sees you again she's gonna kill you. What did you do?" Catra took another bite from her apple and whispered into Caya's ear. "WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

And I ask myself

Catra laughed at her sisters reaction and through her giggles told her to keep it a secret and not tell a soul, "You tell a soul I'll tell everyone that you like D." As she finished her sentence Caya's face went blank and she began sweating, "Oh my god! YOU LIKE D!!!" She grabbed her sister and pinned her to the ground and forced her to tell everything.

"Well,I knew I liked him but it all really surfaced when I went to Horde to look for you and... We kissed." Catra looked at her sisters buggy eyed and asked, "Don't you play with me." Caya assured her sister that it was no joke. "We did kiss,well I kissed him actually. And it was AMAZING!"

Catra looked at her sister and raised her eyebrow and laid on her back and listened to the song blaring through the small music box. "I know you can dance,but can you sing?" Catra punched her sisters shoulder and thought. "Fine,only cause I'm bored." The twins began their duet.

Catra and Caya began to dance to the beat of the song,gaining the attention of a few people in their homes and on other rooftops.

"Where do u go from here", the twins said in unison. "I really don't know."

The sound of clapping hands and cheers came from all around them,Catra blushed in embarrassment and hid behind her sister. Caya waves her hand,grabbed her sister's shoulder and slid down the fire escape and began their journey home.

"So let me get this straight. School is basically the Horde but it doesn't mislead you into doing evil." Caya nodded, "basically." Catra sighed and pushed the palace doors open and was face to...chest,with her father. "Oh there you two are,I was behind to worry." The girls hugged their father and headed to their rooms,passing D on their way.

"I know you are going to hate me for this,but I can't sit here and let you throw away your life like this. You're too young. YOU'RE TWO BEAUTIFUL!!" Caya looked at her sister and asked, "What are you taking about?" "I'm talking about this... Hey D!" Said guard turned around and looked at her with confusion.

"I can't sit by and watch this train reck continue,but she likes and I know you like her too,so kiss and get it over with!" She ran from the angry screams from the two and closed her bedroom door. The room was quiet for a while,no one was banging at her door angry and no one needed saving,but it was so lonely. She sighed and laid down in her bed,the sound of light tapping shook her out of her depressed thoughts.

"Hey sis,thanks actually. If you hadn't said anything I'd be an old cat lady. Pun intended." The twins hugged and walked into the room and laid down on the bed. Tired and exhausted,they immediately fell asleep. So much had happened,and they all summer to relax or have adventures.

I'm DONE!!!!!! Oh my god I think this chapter sucks I ran out of ideas and I love this song. Bye and I thank you for your support. I'm gonna try and upload a new story next week but I have no idea what to write but thank you anyway. Later little nightmares!
