(This will be a short Epilogue)
After reincarnation...

Pidge walked down the halls of her high school, hands hidden in her oversized jacket pockets. Yesterday, her hands had suddenly sparked, sending the living room’s curtains alit. She had no idea what sorcery was causing her new-founded abilities, but she didn't want them. Not at all. She had things to focus on, like graduating Garrison, school of science.

Everyone remembers the magic days, but sadly magic stopped appearing in babies being born and it died out. It's a new age of technology and science. Pidge wasn't too interested in ‘magic’ per se, but it did intrigue her younger self abundantly. It was all some childish wishes, though. Now, she was all about science! The magic of the new ages.

That's why when she sees people who are  passionate about reviving magic, she pities the idiotic soul. One in particular. Takashi. He was obsessed with the old Garrison — the Garrison Academy of Magicks and Arts. The boy would go into nonsensical ramblings about her resembling a very popular student that went there centuries ago. Pidge Gunderson could care less about a Miss Katie Holt, who died a worthless life.

She would be lying if she didn't admit their resemblance. They looked alike, undoubtedly. Probably an ancestor. The aggravating and irritating boy happened to bump into her at that very moment. “Watch it, wand-lover,” she snapped, hiding her hands deeper into her pockets. If he saw how the sparked with green then he’d continue on with the nonsense of her being Katie reincarnated.

“Oh, I do apologize- Ah! Pidge, it's you. I was looking for you,” the bulky upperclassman chimed, happily looking down at her. “I found something of interest in a hidden cubby located in the library.”

Pidge did not want to have a discussion with the muscle-for-brains. “What is it, football captain?” she mocked. Takashi held an expression of offence before shoving an old, yellowed-out yearbook in her face. “What's that piece of trash?”

Takashi flipped it open and pointed at the yearbook’s first page. A yearbook from the magic days. “This is a yearbook from when Katie Holt was a witch in this academy. What I found isn't just that it’s from her days, but other peers she had. Look to the one higher up on the page. That looks like Lina if she was a guy, no? And look at this guy named Keith! He resembles Kate if she was a guy. Now, I found someone who also resembles my sister, Azure, and Hank. This can't be a coincidence!”

Pidge looked at the contents surprised, but there was an easy explanation for it, right? “So? They could just be ancestors. I mean Azure has lighter skin than this Allura. Kate and Lina are girls, not guys, so that could just be your imagination at work. As for Katie and Hunk, I admit they do resemble me and Hank, but they could just be relatives,” Pidge insisted, trying to to not believe the foolery.

Though, it was convincing.

“I wasn't done. I'm here too! As Takashi Shirogane, nickname Shiro. That’s too much of a coincidence. But, here's the stranger part. At the back, there's a dedication to ‘the heros of Garrison — Katie, Shiro, and Allura’. Underneath it, there's a detailed story of Shiro and Katie’s love. Even a picture exist!” Takashi rambled, flipping through the yearbook a couple of times, finishing on a page of group pictures.

One of Katie, Hunk, and Lance in what seemed like an outdoor lunch area stuck out to her. She almost thought she felt a ping in her heart. Her and Hank got along well, but she's never really talked to Lina. Takashi pointed at a different picture. One of Katie and Shiro, close as they can get, arms around each other, with Allura and three unknown girls.

“Why are you showing me this?” Pidge asked, heart beating wildly, “What does this have to say about anything?”

“Pidge, I think we were lovers in our past life.”
