Life is unpredictable when what will happen no-one can say that.

In the night time, the Khanna mansion was decorated beautifully with the lights, flowers and curtains; guests were going there; happiness, only happiness was there.

In the room, a girl was sitting in front of the mirror wearing a beautiful dress she wears the bangles and makes sound with them and her lips were showing the wide smile, she wears the earrings and set her hairs with her hands then she saw herself in the mirror, and blushes it's Avni, her happiness was clearly showing on her face she looks down and smiles, she feels shy to see herself in the mirror, it was difficult for her to believe that she is going to get engaged with the person whom she loves, she lost the hopes that she will meet him again, but they met and now will live together. As its saying, "those who meant to meet will meet".

Avni was so happy she was wearing a heart shape pendant she keeps that in her hand and opens it she saw her parents pictures and kiss that.

Avni: I miss you.

Avni kiss that again, on the special occasion and happiness we miss those whom we love, the same case is with Avni she is missing her parents whom she needs the most now when she is going to start a new life.

On the other side, in Neil's room, he was standing in front of the mirror and set his white coat and a smile was sticked on his face. Neil looks at himself in the mirror and set the sleeves and coat, he thinks and smiles.

Neil: finally, finally Avni aaj wo din aa hi gaya jis ka humain intazar tha. Main bayan nahi kar sakta ke main kitna khush hun bus ab ek baar tum yahan ajao phir ek pal ke liye bhi nazro se dur nahi jane dunga.

Neil smiles.

The guests were in the hall and Neil was standing on the stage, and waiting for Avni he can't wait for more, and was curious to see Avni.

Aladin came to him.

Aladin: kya baat hai dulhe raja bare utawle lag rahe ho.

Neil blushes, Aladin smiles and looks up.

Aladin: intazar ka ghariya khatam hoi aur aa gai aap ki dulhaniya.

Neil looks at him, Aladin points up, Neil looks there and lost to see there; Shweta was bringing Avni she looks up and blushes to see Neil who was not in a mood to take off his eyes from her.

Shweta takes her there and makes her stand with Neil who leans to Avni's ear and talks to her by looking at the people.

Neil: wifey, marne ka irada hai kya?

Avni looks at him Neil also turns his face to her and sign with his eyebrows, but Avni was confused.

Neil: ase sajo gi to sach keh raha hun sare plans cancel kar ke tumhe utha le jaongi.

Avni was confusingly looking at him.

Neil pinches his throat.

Neil: Sachi.

Neil winks and Avni widen her eyes she looks here and there, Neil smiles.

Aladin: control mere bhai control.

Avneil look at him, Avni blushes and Neil smiles.

Neil: tu hamesha kabab main hadi kyun banta hai, nahi hadi nahi hada hai tu.

Aladin: aye dekh.

Avni: bus...

Both look at her. Avni keeps the finger on her lips.

Avni: chup.

Neil and Aladin give tashan to each other, Avni smiles to see that.

At the time of engagement, Shweta gives the ring to Avni and Neil gives her the hand, she slides the ring in his hand, everyone claps then Neil smile to see the  ring in his hand then he picks the ring and hold Avni's hand he slides the ring in her finger and kiss the ring, Avni blushes. Aladin wipes his tears, but Avni saw that she smiles to see that someone is there how have tears of happiness for her like a family had on a special day.

The second day, was the day of the haldi (turmeric) ceremony.

Neil was sitting on the couch outside the Khanna house and the surrounding so decorated with yellow colour.

Shweta: tillu, kurta nikal.

Neil shocked and looks around he saw Ladies are standing there.

Neil: mom!

Shweta: kya ase haldi kaise lagegi.

Neil: mom main kurta nahi utarne wala aap ko ase lagani hai lagao warna main chala.

Neil gets up.

Shweta: acha baba ase hi beth tujhe haldi lagane ke bad, Avni ko bhi haldi lagane jana hai.

Neil's face light up.

Neil: really, jaldi kijiiye na phir.

The ladies laughs, Neil look at them.

Shweta facepalms her head, Bebe also did the same, Neil looks at them confusingly.

Bebe: haye Rabba, kya karun main is larke ka.

Neil: kyun maine kya kiya?

Bebe and Shweta look at each other, Bebe sighs answer him, Neil looks at Shweta.

Shweta: tu itna utawla kyun ho raha hai?

Neil: main utawala kyun ho raha hun matlab main bhi to Avni ko haldi lagaon ga na.

Shweta smiles and other laughs.

Shweta: nahiii, dulha, dulhan ko shadi se pehle dekh bhi nahi sakta, haldi lagana dur ki baat.

Neil: ye kya baat hoi meri shadi hai aur main hi apni hone wali biwi ko haldi nahi laga sakta.

Shweta: Han.

Neil: yo to galat hai.

Shwe: kuch galat nahi hai ab chup chap beth.

Nei: but...

Shweta keeps the finger on her lips and said: ssshhhh, beth.

Neil was about to see but Shweta shows him eyes he sits.

Shweta: good boy.

Neil look at her sadly and was angry he thinks

Neil in mind: haldi to main Avni ko laga kar rahunga by hook or by crook.

Neil smiles

Shweta, Bebe applies turmeric on his face, hand and feeds him, Shweta also did the same because Neil refused to remove his shirt. Neil smiles to think about Avni and think how she was looking.

After that, they go to apply turmeric to Avni to her home which is Aladin's home, Avni was sitting in the centre and was looking beautifully was little makeup.

Shweta, Bebe applies turmeric to her and feeds her sweets they showers the love on her so she doesn't feel lonely or miss her parents they know that they can't replace them, but they can give her the love of family. Shweta kisses her forehead, Avni smiles.

After sometime.

Shweta: Avni, ja ja kar haldi nikal le.

Avni replied ji with a sweet smile and gets up, she comes to the room and closes the door, but she shocked to see something and was looking at a particular direction shockingly.
