Personality:Elenoar is a calm, theatrical, and sophisticated most of the time, exuding an arrogant sense of pride in her intellect and abilities. Rather formal in behavior, she often addressed others as "gentlemen"

In addition to her very large intellect, Elenoar can be quite manipulative when she wishes to. She could expertly use other people to her advantage in order to make them cooperate with her or lure them into traps, and she knew exactly to strike her foes where it hurt the most.[21][4] However, despite considering herself brilliant, she originally possessed a subservient attitude towards Eggman and willingly submitted herself to his command.

Despite being cautious and systematic with her actions though, Elenoar was not infallible. Notably, she had a tendency to underestimate the situations she was in, especially those that she thought she was in control of. Her experiences with artificial emotions and excitement in particular had led him to underestimate the possible dangers they pose in the wrong hands. Having been noted to love hearing herself talk as well, Elenoar frequently made video logs of virtually every operation she conducted, carefully documenting his very action and thought, unless she believed it was not relevant. Unfortunately, her careful documentations often turned against her as they allowed her more volatile associates to discover her true intentions and plans with them, which would result in a catastrophic outcome later. She is also shown to be a hypocrite. While acknowledging her shortcomings made her very similar to Eggman when pointed out by Zavok, he remarks how Eggman suffers from tunnel-vision due to his obssession with Sonic even though he too suffers the same from her own obssession with Eggman and how the world never improves from the repetitive conflict beween Sonic and Eggman, disregarding that he restarted it by restoring Eggman's memories. Similar to how Eggman took the Zombots growing out of his control.
