She tries to remain composed and even friendly, but the truth is that she's quite eccentric and passionate, especially when it comes to anything related to Dr. Eggman, losing her patience and having troubles hiding her disdain towards those who clearly hate the doctor and becoming awkward and uncomfortable around them.

Whenever she does a new discovery in her scientific fields or she gets something to work, he becomes cheerful and excited, celebrating her achievements with great enthusiasm and feeling the impulse to share it with whoever is nearby, even if they don't know what she was working on.

Because of that impulsiveness, Penny is a rather impatient mobian, who tries to avoid losing time and always spending it in things that will actually be useful or productive in her perspective.
