desc: the user can transform into a siren like creature if they touch water,they can sing a melody to hypnotize anyone within a 100 mile radius and make them follow their oders. The user can also manipulate water, though its very weak. They can only make small waves and make it rain moderatly

quirk drawbacks: the user can only sing for five minuets before their throat starts to get sore.over use can lead to the user becoming mute

personality: Sairen is groovy and tomboyish, with a confident demeanor all of which are akin to her elder sister Himiko, albeit expressed differently, as Tiny is more openly boisterous (whereas Dixie is comparatively more reserved/subdued) and she has a somewhat similar machismo/boisterousness to Doraku Akaguro.

She is also quite feisty, willing to face opponents much bigger than her; although this has back-fired once as after she witnessed Doraku Akaguro fight off the Heros, she overestimated her own abilities and was captured.

In more recent games she is depicted as more of a Girly-Girl in a somewhat cocky yet matured fashion, but shows less of a tomboyish streak and more of a focus on dance-like movements similar to Neve's Ice skating in her winter wonderland.
