Nathaniel POV~

I walked towards our meet up point when i saw Marinette, scrolling through her phone, back against the wall as she waited for me.

"Hey Marinettte!" I said as i waved her way.

She looked up and immediately smiled.

"Hey Nath'!" She waved back.

My eyes quickly wondered down her figure. She had a pastel pink sweater and white ripped jeans.

Honestly why was she even asking me for style choices.

Suddenly her eyes widened for a second. Wait did i say that out loud?

"Thanks Nathaniel! I just thought it'd be fun to spend time together!"

Good thing i did.

I smiled.

"How about we settle in a café to talk about what you want before our shopping marathon?" I asked my eyes already spotting a nearby Starbucks.

"Sure!" She said.

I smiled softly before we walked to the cafe, Marinette already blabbering about random things going on in her life.

We walked in to a very cosy atmosphere, which i personally love.

Marinette chose beanbags near the windows on the second floor to which I agreed.

We both ordered before we started talking.

"So, do you already have an idea of something you want? " i asked.

"Well, actually yes." She said. Tucking loose hair behind her ear as she scouted closed to the table for me to hear her clearly.

"I was thinking something not too fancy, like I don't really want a long dress that drops to my feet, because well im super clumsy." She said as she laughed.

"I was thinking a red... Mid thigh dress of some sort." She suddenly raised her gaze to meet mine, looking at me seriously as she waited for my answer.

"I think that's an awesome idea. So you want something comfortable?"

"Yeah. Something i could wear on other occasions." She said as she sipped her hot chocolate.

"Ok... I already have an few ideas of places to go. Do you want accessories and shoes?"

"Yeah that would be awesome."

"What's your budget?"

"Producers said they would pay everything if i ended up in the news of some sort."

I chuckled.

"Self promoting by showing off actors huh?" I scoffed.

"I don't mind. They are giving me a free dress." She smiled.

"What if you don't end up in the news."

"I will. Just have to stay with Adrien. The boy is a paparazzi magnet."

I flinched. Damn it Adrien!

"Isn't he going to be with Chloe?"

"I got this Nathaniel."

The conversation slowed down as we both finished our orders.

"I'm going to pay." Marinette said in a smile.

"Oh no no no! Please don't i'll treat you." I said as i stood up as well.

She put a hand on my shoulder and forced me to sit down.

"I got it Nath' I'm the one disturbing you with my dress choice it's the least i could do.

I chuckled before sitting back down.

As I looked out the window i saw a familiar blonde boy, walking around with his friend.
