Cinos original was about to tell Ash but he was still in the Alola region, so he decided schedule what he'll tell Ash another day as he help for the Reunion Party.

3 month later, Cinos was busy do stuff and forgot to tell Ash about this 3 month ago as the party sort of distract him and thinking about how creating the island. Cinos round up Ash and his friends to show them something that been doing in the past 3 month which he and some of his friends have done. He also have Blukic & Driba who are the pilot of the ship but argue most of the time which head to a unknown island. The island is turn to be what Cinos and the other were working on, Cinos did the design. The island is 25% technological thank to Azmuth, the island was created by the Experiments, Aliens, & Dragons, many plants were mutated to live in the area by Jumba, the Penguins gather the supplies needed for camping, Blukic & Driba made cabins, messhall, the boys & girls restroom that have showers, steamroom, and spa, and the boat which name the S.S. Cerebral, and a mansion which Cinos claimed to say that is also a cabin, a very large cabin.

Many of the Pokémons that live are mostly brought here by Cinos, some of them stay here, some immagrates temporary or permanent, but mostly Professor Oaks put Ash's Pokémons there a Cinos desperately please for. Cinos also put many of the starter Pokémons in an area where they meet and enjoy playing with each other or the trainers' Pokémons. But the young starter do like Cinos as he kidnap them from their natural habitat while claimed to persuade them, they first started a deep hatrid for Cinos but he told Ash's friends to bring their Pokémons, especially their starters to get them inspired by them.

Cinos took the roll as the camp counselor but sometimes he do things that he not supposed to do or don't know how to do it. The island is suppose to be a romantic place to ask a girl or a boy out, Cinos tried to give advice but it gone totally wrong so Misty came to the rescue and fix all of this. The island lovely couple are Ash's Geninija & Serena's Braixen, both Ash's' Sceptile & Bayleef, Ash's Pikachu & Dawn's Buneary, both Iris' Axew & Emolga, Ash's Oshawott & Serena's Sylveon, Ash's Bulbasaur & Snivy, and even Ash & Serena which was Cinos always wanted along with Bonnie who keep tell the other girls like Misty, May, Dawn, Iris, & Korrina to be with Clement, and Cinos also think Bonnie & Max will make a fine young couple.
