Cinos have lots of different appearances than the rest of the E-Cryptid series as Cinos was designed by Eggman and Stockman.

Cinos The Werehog original form was his Werehog form which was his prime state. He resemble Sonic when he was a Werehog in the game Sonic Unleashed as their a hybrid of Dark Gaia but he also have Dogpound's, Vulpimancer, and Loboen traits. Cinos have red pants that Dogpound use to wear, think bony spike from his back and elbow, a large arm, and a long busy tail as Werehog have small ones. On his muzzle, he have a line on the top and bottom of it as it's a quadr-hinge mouth to release a power Sonic Howl. Another that he have full near his neck to sense dangerous from behind, below, and from any direction along with quill projection. Another that Cinos have are large metallic plate on his skull for protection and long retractable metallic claws from his fists.

When Cinos have his Dark Gaia energy extracted from his body, he look Sonic's true form except that a few difference. He retail his sharp claws, furry hands, bushy tail, cleats, and his Kitana Klaws remain the same.

When he transforms into his Lupyro form (or call it his Darkspine form if you want to), he look just like Sonic in his Darkspine appearance but have a mouth with two sharp teeth that pointed upward, a bushy tail with red tips, dark indigo fur, and retractable blade that are made out of lava called Magmatna.

When he transforms into his Caknight form (or call it his Excalibur form if you want to), he look just like Sonic in his Excalibur appearance but have dark blue and light blue armor, a flexible armor tail, two claw gauntlets called Clawntlets, a sheild on his back called Honer Sheild, and a sword called the SlayerSword.

When he transforms into his Wolfhog form (or call it his Lobeon form if you want to), he look like Blitzwolfer from Omniverse but have dark blue fur on most of his body, aquamarine on his snout, fingers, and toes, grey blue on his chest, a light blue around his legs and wrist, keratin claws, and kunai spears that protrudes from his palm.

When he transforms into his two Hedgewolf sub-form (or call it his Vulpimancer form if you want to), for land he look like adult Wildmutt from Ben 10 but have dark blue fur, light blue stripes on the back, and metal on his claws and on his canines while for aquatic he look like Ultimate Wildmutt but have light blue fur, a metallic blade tail, metallic claws on his pawns, metallic teeth only from lower jaw, and metallic spikes from his back.

When he transforms into his Hogwolf form (or call it his mutated/mutant or Rahzar form if you want to), he look like Rahzar but have dark blue fur, 3 metallic fingers due to his retractable claws fused to his fingers, a hinged mouth, gills that are seen closely, quills on his head, a pouch on his belly, along slender prehensile tail, glowing green eyes, and retractable appendages like wings and tendrils

When he can transforms into his Biowulf form ( or call it E.V.O. form)

When he transforms into his Mega form (or call it his Ultimate or Supermutant form if you want to), he resemble Ultimate Blitzwolfer by redamimi-d8j85uq but with dark blue on most of his body, aquamarine on his chest, normal blue on his mane and wings, a long slender prehensile tail with a metallic blade, bat-like wings, 3 metallic claws on his feet and 4 on his hands, metallic teeth on his canines and longer side teeth, light teeth and eye sockets, glowing green eyes, and wears the Robotnitrix on his waist. He also have many retractable weapons from his past forms that he use.

When he transforms into his Dark Gaia form, his most common is bipedal form resemble Dark Thorn with his weapon called Soalcalibur which is dangerous sword made from his own heart and command new Dark Gaia minions/monsters.
