About an hour and a half had passed since the little incident. Gidget was still going around handing out parking tickets. She had saved Leonard's phone number to her list of contacts in case she found his watch. The Pomeranian felt bad for the poodle. It seemed like she cared a lot about it. She promised herself that she would look for it.

At that moment, her stomach growled.

"Guess I better get something to eat," Gidget mumbled quietly to herself. Luckily for her, she was near a burger joint. Going through the drive thru, she got herself a small meal and then went to park somewhere so she could eat. Finding a spot, the fluffy white Pomeranian took a bite of her cheeseburger. Looking up, she saw an antique shop. Inside right in front of the large window was Leonard, who seemed to be having a hard time with the shop owner. Curious, Gidget went to investigate.

"Please, I'm telling you! It's mine!" Leonard cried as Gidget opened the door. Turning her head to see what was going on, the small dog saw that the shop owner, a very large tabby cat with yellow eyes, was holding a watch. No, just any watch. The watch. Leonard was almost in tears as he begged the cat to give it back to him. Walking over, Gidget joined in on the conversation, "Sir, that is his watch. It went missing earlier."

"That's impossible! Those two just brought it in to be sold since they didn't want it anymore," the cat explained, pointing at the door just as it shut. Whirling around, Gidget watched as Tiberius and Sweetpea walked away, the former holding a large sum of cash with his wing. The puzzle pieces clicked together in her head.

The accident had been a set up.

"Sir, please give him back his watch. It really does belong to him," Gidget pointed out, patting Leonard on the shoulder. The poodle was in tears by now. Glancing down at the watch, the large feline inspected it before graciously handing it to the sobbing dog. While Leonard thanked the shop owner, Gidget headed outside.

She had something to say to a pair of birds.
