Territory: Forested area with many squirrels and chipmunks. It is usually fairly warm, summers are extremely warm, winters not too cold. There is a stream running through the territory.

Leader: Ceaderstar- fluffy orange she-cat with white paws, a white muzzle, white chest, and white tail tip. She has yellow eyes. 5/9 lives left 20/20

Backstory-

Before Ceaderstar Squirrelclan used to be led by a tom named Oakstar, He was handsome, Brave, and muscular. All of the she-cats loved him. He always said he would protect us, no matter the cost. One day Oakstar went missing. When he went missing we were all terrified. We could barely sleep that night. At the time Ceaderstar had been a young warrior, only a moon away from receiving her first apprentice. We thought at first that something awful had happened, something could have hurt him! Or worse; killed him! But then we remembered his promise to us. We knew he had to be out there defending us.
We waited for two days, by that time the deputy Sparrowfern, Fernstreaks father, had taken over as Sparrowstar. One day, a ragged looking black tom with missing patches of fur limped into camp. We clean him up without him saying a single word, just to find out that under all that black was Oakstar! He had traveled for three days, fighting animals like small foxes out of our territory on his own! He took over as the leader again and Sparrowfern couldn't have been more relived.

The Cats of Squirrelclan began as a thriving clan, living in a huge forest far away. During the Warm seasons Twolegs would camp in the forest and have camp fires and such, usually they would put them out or rain would, but not this time. Mid Greenleaf came and the forest was just as it usually was around this time of year. There was a group of twolegs camping not far away from the camp who forgot to put out their camp fire before leaving, causing a fire that killed most of the clan and drove the survivors away. A group of the survivors joined together and left the are to find a new home, a better home, to rebuild Squirrelclan. These cats were Ceaderstar, the former deputy, one of the two medicine cats Cinderflame, with the warriors Yellowshine, Shadespark, and Fernstreak. Yellowshine became the deputy of the new Squirrelclan.
Here, at their new home, they endure many challenges.

Before Squirrelclan came to live here there was a small group of cats, said to have come from Squirrelclan before the fire. One was a slightly insane tom named Dampfern, another his mate; Willowcurl, and the other three were their kits, Smokekit, Flamekit, and Emberkit.
The kits had all been born and named a moon after Dampfern received a prophecy saying Squirrelclan is not safe, bright oranges, reds, and yellows will turn the clan to Ash. Dampfern thought it meant a fire will come through the camp and Ashfeather, the deputys daughter, would become leader. Ashfeather was exiled for being murderous, killing her own father after he left her mother for another she-cat.
The family of five decided they must leave, the rest of the clan didn't believe they should, they thought Dampfern was crazy, predicting only the worse. Dampfern and his family left the clan to find a better place. Once they arrived here the kits grew up and ran away to find Squirrelclan, only Emberkit making the journey. He arrived the day of the fire and only survived because Ashfeather had been going through the area finding young cats and taking them to the river.
Emberkit became Ember, a rouge, who will never forget what Ashfeather did for him.
Ashfeather takes as many survivors she can find that are willing with her to start fresh, still not having settled down.
Rumor has it they're trying to find Squirrelclan to join forces once again.
The clan is currently known as Fireclan, named after the fire that made it possible.

When Squirrelclan begins not finding enough prey they split into two clans, for survival.
The new clan is lead by Dapplesky, Stormpaw(shine) comes with, ready to be a full medicine cat. Also, Spikeshine comes as deputy. Lakepaw(flower) and Riverpaw(sky) come, bringing their mentors Gorsestorm and Shimmeringpool along with their mother Dawnsparkle. The small group of cats knows they will flourish together and will always remember where they started; Squirrelclan. The new clans name? Ceaderclan, in honor of the cat that made this possible.

A short few moons later a prophecy cat is born; Dingokit.

Cinderflame receives the prophecy "a great dog will lead the clan and with him bring new ideas."

Perryshell dies.

Dingokit and them become apprentices.

Silverriver dies.
