Mikoto invited Izuku to spend some time in his dorm room. Both of them were eating ice cream together until Mikoto decided to ask him a question about the spar section that All Might made for Deku and Bakugo.

Deku: O-Oh. It's nothing much. It was to help me use the blackwhip.

Mikoto: More like force you to use it...

Mikoto was right because that night in the training room.

Bakugo had thrown explosions at Izuku to try and provoke him into unleashing Blackwhip, as he desperately tries to avoid, while All Might yells at him to stop as their plan was to make sure it doesn't go wild again. Because seemingly without Mikoto's help. The situation would've turned stormy for them.

Calming down, Izuku realizes that the Quirk has been locked away and won't emerge for now.

Mikoto: Tch. Typical Bakugo. His impatient ass is always starting shit.

Deku: M-Miichan!

Mikoto: So...what happened after that?

Deku: All Might invited me and Kacchan to his private room to talk about what happened. I was surprised to see Kacchan there.

Mikoto: Well...he been knew the veracity about One For All. Of course knowing him, he was bound to find out sooner or later...

Deku: Y-Yeah. All Might had said something like that...

All Might had stated since Bakugo knows the truth about One For All now, he should be involved too. He was going to invite Mikoto to help out but the snow user was busy at the time and asked Izuku to invite him next next time.

Mikoto: So One For All is awakening...that explains the Blackwhip incident...

Deku: Yes. All Might was surprised to learn about One For All growing and the existence of the other Quirks within.

As well as the "Bald Headed" predecessor, aware that his master's predecessor had "black hair" and is sure even she didn't know about the other Quirks.

Mikoto: Nana Shimura-san...She...told me to go save you during that the final round. But I haven't spoken to her since after that.

Deku: Yeah...speaking of that round. What happened to you, Miichan?

Mikoto:...I...don't know too much of the details.

It wasn't a total lie but he couldn't tell Izuku the full truth just yet about his meeting with Yoichi Shigaraki. Still, he felt incredibly guilty that he had to keep such a horrific secret to his best friend/brother.

The League Of Villains will be targeting his friend.

He must do whatever he can to prevent that.

He most definitely can't tell Izuku nor All Might about it. The threat the mysterious benefactor send to them was still lingering over his head.

Mikoto: But somehow I do got a quirk like you. It all happened when Nana Shimura-san spoke to me. But after that...everything was a blur...

Deku: *Ramble* *Ramble* (Since Engage controls thoughts and feelings. Was it possible to others who are involve to share characteristics with each other? Are there any enhanced affects we should know about? How long will Engage remain active in it's core? What kind of quirks can help increase or decrease the ranges of it's power? It was able to control blackwhip but what happens when I unlock the other quirks? Will it control them and debuff it's effects? Does it have an overflowing catalyst and healing ailments???)

Mikoto: (OOF...Here we go again with his rambling. Better stop him...)

Mikoto decided to cut him off and ask another question.

Mikoto: Izuku. What was Bakugo's intel on the blackwhip?

This brought the older boy out of his ramblings before he answered his question.

Deku: Kacchan had asked what triggered its awakening, while I had repeated the words telling him "the time" was right, and believing there to be some external connection.

Mikoto: I guess that led to Bakugo guessing it had something to do with All For One. Correct?

Izuku nodded.

Deku: He stated that since All Might basically created One For All, as well as also possessing multiple quirks, it's the same as me.

Much to Izuku and All Might's slight discomfort at the thought.

Mikoto: And then?

Deku: Back in the training ground, he well...yelled at me that he'll keep beating me up until I unleash Blackwhip, and then beat me while I'm using it too. But he left because I was rambling too much...

Mikoto:.......I'm going to pound him.

Deku: Miichan No!

Mikoto: Miichan Yes~!

Deku: MIICHAN!!!! That's just Kacchan way of saying he wants to help me!

Mikoto: Beating you up won't give any satisfying results and I'm going to make sure he sees that, even if I have to freeze his ass again!

Izuku started to mumble to himself. Mikoto begin to notice that he had decided that Blackwhip was too powerful to handle right now, he had mentally locked it away and can't access it currently unless Mikoto, himself, is involved.

Using Engage then channeling his thoughts and feelings to put a mental block on blackwhip.

Mikoto looked at his palm...the one where he held Izuku's hand and used "Engage".

Mikoto: (Can I...really be able to do this? Also...If I could be able to help Izuku out by controlling the blackwhip...Does that mean it could work on everybody else???)

Furthermore, Yoichi Shigaraki had gave him this quirk. Is it possible...

This quirk has an connection to One For All and All For One???

Mikoto:.....Izuku.

Deku: Hmm?

Mikoto: Err...Nevermind.

Deku: Uh...? Okay...

In Deika City...The Villainous Shadow Slasher, Niko Nikomatsu, smirked as he looked down at the city from atop of a building.

Niko: Deika City...a "Liberated District" where 90% of the inhabitants, including the heroes, are soldiers for liberation. Deika is a city in the mountains, so its entrance and exit routes are limited and can easily be manipulated by the army. It's described as a city surrounded by nature, the perfect place for the Liberation Army to hide...But Now~!

Cracks from a unknown source start spreading and destroying the area.

Niko chuckled knowing who is the cause of this. He heard his phone ring and saw two messages from Juurou and Miyumi.

Miyumi: Is it really happening?

Niko replied to them.

After the spam of phone messages, Niko looked down from the building.

Not long after, the city collapses into ruin and is engulfed in dust. In the center of the city stands Tomura Shigaraki, who is bruised, bloodied, and whose hair has now changed from light blue to a ghostly white. Tomura simply smiles and manically laughs.

Tomura: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Niko watched the entire segment with a frenzied grin. Seeing all the structure go down had his blood pumping for more.

Niko: The seeds had been planted...The League Of Villains will soon take action...and then...the downfall of U.A~!
