Water Manipulation
- Water Manipulation allows the holder to manipulate water. This also allows the holder to become a water blob.

-Drawbacks:
< Long time use will cause the user to become dehydrated.
< The holder can only hold the water blob form for about thirty (30) seconds before becoming dehydrated.
< Will need backup quite quickly.

-Pros:
< The user could incase an enemy within the water. This caused the enemy to be held in place. Despite being held by water, the enemy cannot escape as much as they struggle. The user can only do this for about five (5) minutes.
< The older the user is, the longer the duration time. Or the more training.
< She still has the clothing she wore even in the water form. It just doesn't show.

Flame
-Much like Dabi, Shoto, and Endeavor, this quirk allows the user to call up some flames. Be it in their hand, on their whole body, or even in a situation of it just being half.

-Drawbacks:
< The user could suffer from severe burns if used incorrectly.
< May develop burns over the course of long time usage.

-Pros:
< The user can-- is there really any positives for this?

|Appearance:|
Akria is on the heavier side. Not too heavy, not too thin. She's chubby, and has thicker thighs. Her hair is slightly past her shoulder, and one side is shaved. Her hair's naturally on the red side (like Kirishima), but she has her roots dyed black. She has freckles scattering her face and body, but she also has scars along her arms and legs from herself. Her eyes are a dark yet bright red (almost like Bakugo). Her skin is also a pale tanish color.

She doesn't always style her hair, but she sometimes puts it in a bun as much as in the middle as she could. Her clothing out of the UA uniform is a pair of high waisted, skinny, blue jeans; a grey tank top with a black hoodie/jacket around her waist. She'd also be wearing slight high heeled ankle boots.

Her hero costume consists of a white, skin suit with blue designs that mimic the look of water. She has a small belt around her waist that holds water bottles so she won't get dehydrated from using her quirk too much.

Her hair is always either down or it's up in that bun.

Ryuu has a more fit body. Thin, but not too thin where he looks lanky and sickly. His hair is kind of weird. It can be spikey one day, and smooth the next (it's more like the classic short male hairstyle), or even fluffy the next. His hair is the same color as his twin, Akria. That red hair color, but he didn't dye any parts. It was just the red. He has pale, tanish skin and freckles all about. His eyes are also the dark yet bright red color.

His normal outfit is mostly a t-shirt that has some weird design on it, a pair of jeans, and a pair of combat boots that were black and covered in stains. He even wears a black face mask to cover his face as he walks around the towns to keep his identity hidden. Even though he uses his real name, everyone believes it a different Ryuu that's with the LOV.

His villain suit isn't exactly all that. Kinda like Dabi's, but also with the Guy Fieri flames. He wears the same boots as he does in his normal outfit.

|Personality:|
Akria is a rather sweet girl who gets anxious around others. She's very self conscious about how her quirk is since she feels it's not as strong as her twin's or her other classmates. She's sometimes clumsy and tries to cover it up by not looking at anyone. Akria gets distracted rather easily, but once she's concentrated, she's concentrated. Depending on the person, she may become cocky and tease the person.

Ryuu is rather aggressive when he's doing villain work, or if he's with the LOV. When he's alone, he's actually really sweet. He'll get all smiley around those he trusts, and he'll even take his mask off. Ryuu is a rather mindset person. If he has his mind set on doing something, that's what he'll keep his mind on.

|Backstory:|
Akria grew up in a household that was very quirk oriented. Much like how Shoto was treated at home, Akria was trained to an extent of exertion. On multiple occasions, Akira's parents almost got her killed. They used to make her fend of villains, and watch her get scolded for it.

She got tired of all the pressure, all the scolding, all the disappointment. She got sad and debated on running away, and that's what she did. One day she ran away, and she ran into Izuku. He helped calm her, and he kept her safe until her parents found her. Within those days she was gone, she began to cut herself to ease the pain of the thoughts that her parents had pressed into her mind.

Once she was accepted into UA, her life changed. Akira was finally able to have some down time to herself. She was happy there, happy her brother wasn't there to steal her spotlight, happy her parents couldn't do a thing anymore. She moved in with Izuku and his mom, this helped her get back on her feet.

Ryuu was always treated as a star child. His parents were proud that he developed his mother's quirk, flame. Over time his parents would praise him and make him fight his twin, Akria. He never hesitated about this. It made him quite pleased.

As he got older, he became more violent towards his parents, towards Akira. His parents warned him over and over again that if he never changed his behavior, he'd be disowned and on the streets. That didn't stop him.

The day he was supposed to become a UA student, he went and joined the League of Villains. Shigaraki was like a father to him, while the others were like siblings. He felt at home with the LOV.
